I really like its click heatmaps and scroll heatmaps feature. It is very easy to integrate with any website with few clicks. Also It user segmentation is easy to implement to track event of user. It session playback also provide automatic tagging which is really helpful. **What do you dislike about UXWizz?** Customer support response was late but they helped us in our problem. Also its bounce rate chart does not work sometimes this is the minor issue that I dislike. **What problems is UXWizz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use session replays and heatmaps to understand user behaviour and gain better insights and make them more user friendly. It also helps us to improve pages which does not work properly. It is simple to use so even my coworkers can use it if he did not work with it before. ### 2. It provide lightweight recording system that do full page recording it frequently use this feature. It is easy to implement in any website.It provide highly customizable dashboard which provide detailed analytics. It also provide seamless integration of charts to show analytics. I like its heatmaps feature and visitor list feature which give detailed data. Also the customer support that they provided me was fast and helpful. **What do you dislike about UXWizz?** I have been using it for quite sometime and have not faced any issue and it provide best result. The only dislike is that it does not have mobile application. **What problems is UXWizz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use it heatmap to track user mouse movement and make user interface change to increase customer retention and use session recording to better understand user behaviour to make website experience better and make more sales. ### 3. It was super easy to use and understand the platform **What do you dislike about UXWizz?** Going well beyond what Google Analytics offers is still missing in the product as there are still some metrics which i have to look upon. Customer support is not super promptive **What problems is UXWizz solving and how is that benefiting you?** UXWizz has been fantastic! In just a week of using it, it has significantly benefited my business. It played a crucial role in refining our landing page content, revealing what captures prospects' attention. Based on this information alone, I believe the product has already justified its cost. It not only guided us in determining the optimal content placement above the fold but also identified confusing page elements. ### 4. But Uxwizz has touched the bottom of analytics. Really loved it. **What do you dislike about UXWizz?** NOt That I could complaint about. Since I am the beginer in using. So far seamless & looking good. **What problems is UXWizz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I could invest in resources to give me the analytics/results.
