What do you like best about UXtweak?

Combination of research features: session recording, card sorting, tree test, activity tracking and in my opinion the most useful task-oriented study which allows you to test usability on real tasks. And thanks to their recruitment solutions you can also use visitors of your website as study respondents which allows you to test with people who are real users of your websites. What do you dislike about UXtweak?

Recommendations to others considering UXtweak:

The platform can look complicated at a first sight but read through their documentation. It is very well done and it explained everything clearly. After reading through it I had no problem with setting up studies and evaluating their outcomes on my own. What problems is UXtweak solving and how is that benefiting you?

I started with a task-oriented study where I realized lot of our users are getting confused by our information architecture and have a problem with finding specific articles due to overlapping categories and poor labelling. "UX tool to redesign/built websites to be truly user-centered"

What do you like best about UXtweak?

All the research tools UXtweak offers and how powerful they are when used back to back. We used session recordings and used card sorting. Results of the tests gave us a good grasp on how to built new web. After the implementation we used Replay Tasks to validate it once agin with users to get info on how to optimize it even further. What do you dislike about UXtweak?

I don't enjoy reading documentations so I would appreciate video tutorials for all the features they offer. Apart from that, I had no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UXtweak?

"The best UX research platform I used so far"

What do you like best about UXtweak?

Wide range of research tools they offer. Their features were very able to cover the full process of usability testing from start to finish. For remote usability testing, I haven't found a platform offering such a comprehensive toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tested the usability of our landing page with RePlay tasks. Where we recorded our visitors completing a task to find specific information on our site. Wide range of research features, that keeps on growing. Convinience of "all-in-one" platform and little things like - recruitment widget for using site visitors to be your free testers or built-in reward feature for uploading discount codes to motivate respondents.
