I like how you can use both moderated and unmoderated usability testing. And I remember when I first started, I didn't know what to do first. The downside of UX testing is that you have to analyze the data you collected from UX testing usability testing separately. It would have been much better if I could have done it within site itself. The problems I was trying to solve with UX Testing was trying to conduct a usability test to make a better website, mobile app, and prototype. It was good that I could to a prototype test.
