## About UXArmy
UXArmy is a powerful remote user research platform designed to get actionable user insights throughout the entire development cycle. Teams can run unmoderated usability tests, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, interviews and focus groups. Teams can test native mobile apps, live websites, prototypes, images, copies and videos. What sets UXArmy apart from most other remote user research platforms out there is recording of the “full testing experience” across both desktop and mobile devices, and native mobile app testing. Its multilingual capabilities, global participant panel (strongly established in Asia-Pacific), and flexible study types make UXArmy a preferred platform for localized and cross-market UX research. Why UXArmy stands out Native mobile app testing (iOS & Android) You can test actual mobile apps — not just clickable screens or prototypes — and watch how users interact in a realistic environment. This helps catch mobile UX friction before or after release, which many browser-only tools miss. Research across languages and regions UXArmy supports 17+ tester UI languages, auto-transcription in 23 languages, and translation of those transcripts into 67 languages. That means teams can collect insights in local languages and still review them in English. This is especially valuable for multilingual products and region-specific experiences. Asia-Pacific participant network UXArmy offers access to a diverse global participant panel, with particularly strong coverage in Asia-Pacific. Teams can target by demographics, region, language, and device type — or invite their own users. Panel access is available across paid plans. One platform, multiple research methods Instead of stitching 3–4 tools together, teams can run usability tests, surveys, card sorting, and tree testing in one workflow and track both qualitative and quantitative evidence in one place. Behavior + feedback, side by side UXArmy doesn’t just give “what users said.” It also shows “what they did” — screen/audio/video recordings, hesitation points, task success, misclicks, backtracking, etc. This helps teams tell a clear story to stakeholders.

## UXArmy Reviews
 ### 1. Straightforward and Uncomplicated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soumil A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

While participating in Unmoderated Usability Testing, the navigation is straightforward and uncomplicated, which is something I appreciate. As I explore various websites qnd prototypes, I often assess and provide my perspective on what could be enhanced, modified, or maintained.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

I have given feedback about need of UI improvement for Desktop Test, they assured me about the possible improvement.

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I take great pleasure in using the software and providing feedback on a diverse range of sites and services. The company conducts itself in a professional manner, and the tool continues to enhance and evolve over time.

 ### 2. Been using their platform for a few months now

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dilip J. | Assistant Manager Customer Success, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

The tasks allow to couple some followup survey questions. That is helpful to ask followup questions to the participants without losing the context of the website or app they just completed a task on.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The onboarding took me a while until I reached out to their support and asked for a demo. That is not expected of a Cloud-based DIY platform. I hope it is easy to use, like cake :)

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During product development we saved a lot of money which otherwise used to be spent on rework. There are not many platforms which support screen and voice recording - listening to users is exciting for most of my team.

 ### 3. Very user friendly

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

The different types of studies that UXArmy provided in one tool were most helpful to me. I was able to get feedback on exactly what I wanted by creating usability studies with different types of tasks and following them up with surveys to get good amount of feedback on designs

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

Doesn't provide any templates or sample tasks and surveys that can be edited. I had to start on a blank slate with no suggestions or templates

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reviewing and iterating on designs is very difficult without measurable feedback. Tools like UXArmy allow us to create studies designed to collect subjective feedback in a structured and measurable manner which can help validate design hypotheses

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

I have been using this UXarmy platform to take part in moderate and unmoderated studies. These studies include testing of software, mobile application, websites and many more. One of the good things about this platform is that it pays via Paypal and is on time.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The first thing I don't like is that we have to wait for 21 days to get the payment for the studies which we have done. Also, we get fewer opportunities for user studies.

**Recommendations to others considering UXArmy:**

User from Asia can use it for usability testing because it is one of the best tool available in the market but have fewer opportunities for the user to participate in studies.

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am helping companies to build products (software, applications or websites, etc) by testing them. Because of it, the company will get to know what its customers are looking for and then it can focus on them and generate more profits

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm helping organisations to make their products better and helping them understand their target audience or consumer in a much better and more responsive way. **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

UXArmy has a strong point in recruiting users from Asian countries like Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc. It was very hard finding Asian users through other companies, but after I met UXArmy, I could find a lot of quality participants. And if there was any problem and I needed to contact them, their response was fast and kind. It was a very pleasurable experience to use their tool. The tool was easy to use and simple but had all the needed features.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

It would be nice if I can send the test video clip to Youtube directly.

 ### 31. My preferred user testing tool in Singapore

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukund N. | Solution Sales Expert - APJ, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2020

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

Amazing flexibility! Since we already had identified a community of users/ testers for validating the interaction design, I used the free plan of the tool and was able to gather field validations for free. UXArmy also offered me country specific and targeted user segments, at super affordable price, and which we are going to use for next phase of the initiative.
The tool provides unmatched visibility on user actions/ progression (using their navigation tree), and even allowed us to mark out tests which were not executed properly, thus allowing our team to focus only on valid test results. It also offered survey questions at the end of each Task, which allowed us to get that extra mile from our user base.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

I'm unable to shuffle selected tasks. I've submitted a feature request. Hope they'd implement this soon.

**Recommendations to others considering UXArmy:**

Great people, great product!

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to make our Design decisions a lot faster and with hard data... It allowed my team to present this data to our clients and get alignment early on in the process. And it didnt cost me a penny... isn't that amazing!
