## About UXArmy
UXArmy is a powerful remote user research platform designed to get actionable user insights throughout the entire development cycle. Teams can run unmoderated usability tests, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, interviews and focus groups. Teams can test native mobile apps, live websites, prototypes, images, copies and videos. What sets UXArmy apart from most other remote user research platforms out there is recording of the “full testing experience” across both desktop and mobile devices, and native mobile app testing. Its multilingual capabilities, global participant panel (strongly established in Asia-Pacific), and flexible study types make UXArmy a preferred platform for localized and cross-market UX research. Why UXArmy stands out Native mobile app testing (iOS & Android) You can test actual mobile apps — not just clickable screens or prototypes — and watch how users interact in a realistic environment. This helps catch mobile UX friction before or after release, which many browser-only tools miss. Research across languages and regions UXArmy supports 17+ tester UI languages, auto-transcription in 23 languages, and translation of those transcripts into 67 languages. That means teams can collect insights in local languages and still review them in English. This is especially valuable for multilingual products and region-specific experiences. Asia-Pacific participant network UXArmy offers access to a diverse global participant panel, with particularly strong coverage in Asia-Pacific. Teams can target by demographics, region, language, and device type — or invite their own users. Panel access is available across paid plans. One platform, multiple research methods Instead of stitching 3–4 tools together, teams can run usability tests, surveys, card sorting, and tree testing in one workflow and track both qualitative and quantitative evidence in one place. Behavior + feedback, side by side UXArmy doesn’t just give “what users said.” It also shows “what they did” — screen/audio/video recordings, hesitation points, task success, misclicks, backtracking, etc. This helps teams tell a clear story to stakeholders.

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

Its an amazing tool that provides immense assets to us. UXand UI are handled very thorughly because of it. It provides us a central workplace for all designers. The user interview bit is quite amazing and helpful, provides us real time information

There is a usability challange that needs to get addressed. the workflow gets hampered due to this

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to some very expensive tools in the market, UXArmy helps us providing the similar features in lesser price, it provides us hands on experience with the resoruces of vast amount in the vertical and methodologies that help us create appealing content for clients

 ### 2. Overall UXArmy has been very effective in helping us all.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niken W. | Freelancer/ Transciber, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

UXArmy is an effective and efficient tool for our research—intuitive and easy to use, making test creation and management simpler, with fast results.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

Limitations in display features, mandatory personal information collection that may feel uncomfortable, and pricing that might be high for small businesses.

Internal SOP management

 ### 3. Flexible and easy to use tool for unmoderated user interviews.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie P. | Growth Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2023

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

It is very easy to set-up, and you get access to their testers pool which you can really filter through demographics as well as screener questions to get exactly the profile you need. We are able to find testers matching perfectly our personas.
All the data is available in one place, you have the screen recording as well as metrics for specific questions (surveys...).
The prices are very competitive for the level of selection of your testers and as it's a monthly subscription, you are very flexible in terms of how many testers you need. Your credits are valid for 3 months.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The quality of the testers is not homogenous. You always have some not putting any efforts in. Simplifying the spoting of those testers would be much appreciated (to highlight them and request new testers, to rate the testers maybe also from our stand point. I might want to pay more for people I know will be extremely detailed in their feedback).
The automatic transcript from the video is not really working (lot's of misunderstanding).

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use UX army to understand better the user journey of our clients before they reach us and get qualitative feedback on our landing pages and tools. We get unbiased feedback that we couldn't get with past clients.

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

The most helpful thing was that UXArmy team was friendly and available to assist at anytime. The instructions were very clear too and detailed. When i was unsure about something i just had to whatsapp the person assigned to guide me through and he responded almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

I wish that the process was easier and all in one email vs many different process to go through before the survey which includes the details of the survey interview once accepted and also the documents to be signed all in one email.

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me give my honest unbiased review on a webpage which i am truly happy to do. It benefits me in a way knowing that improvements are being done based on genuine opinions.

 ### 5. DeepDive and Recruitment Service from UXArmy was really helpful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devita M. | Research Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2023

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

- The DeepDive helped us to record user sessions and analyze them. Even we can upload a recording file that we recorded from another platform, too. The auto transcript on DeepDive helped to save time in creating verbatim notes; the bookmark feature enabled us to show important moments of the recording to our stakeholders.
- When we need to reach specific criteria of participants, UXArmy also helped us in the recruitment service so that we can reach those who are not our current users

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

Last year, DeepDive was only available on the desktop version without installing additional software. Hope that DeepDive could someday can be opened via mobile browser without installing anything so that non-tech savvy user can also use it in ease

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UXArmy helped us with user recruitment for the Philippines area and provided moderated research platform to record and analyze the session afterwards

We can analyze findings from interviews, which are easy to clip the video and tag based on the category in the analysis stage with my team. As a researcher, this feature helps my teams a lot

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

In my case, I need to share research results with other collaborators outside the project, so I need the analysis space to give me the freedom to share the result. The clip can be shared. However, I still need some annotation/verbatims to be shared

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help my team to solve complicated workflow when analysing the research result, and help us to gather the support artefact of doing user research, also help us to gather the result into one place

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

The panel allows us to source participants quickly from various demographics, including location, age, gender and occupation. The screener before un moderated UT session is also helpful in segmenting the test. This one helps a lot from doing a manual screening process

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The response needs 3-5 working days. I need to extend my research timeline, because panelist not immediately do the test and the same day

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

I have been using this UXarmy platform to take part in moderate and unmoderated studies. These studies include testing of software, mobile application, websites and many more. One of the good things about this platform is that it pays via Paypal and is on time.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The first thing I don't like is that we have to wait for 21 days to get the payment for the studies which we have done. Also, we get fewer opportunities for user studies.

**Recommendations to others considering UXArmy:**

User from Asia can use it for usability testing because it is one of the best tool available in the market but have fewer opportunities for the user to participate in studies.

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am helping companies to build products (software, applications or websites, etc) by testing them. Because of it, the company will get to know what its customers are looking for and then it can focus on them and generate more profits
