UVdesk is a multichannel ticket management system that can be integrated into different applications to improve customer communication. What I like most about this software is that it integrates with the best known and used social networks in the world, such as Facebook and Twitter. Another very important feature is that it has a knowledge base that can generate frequent questions and answers. Occasionally, the service of prepared responses delays in sending the messages, which has generated that some clients generate discomfort and force our agents to respond manually. It has a very user-friendly interface. I have not found a more simple and effective software that will allow you to work with different programs.
