What do you like best about UTunnel VPN and ZTNA?

We have several servers in different locations and the Utunnel is an easy-to-go and cheap option to connect all offices, You can do the configuration using the Web Portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UTunnel VPN and ZTNA?

UTunnel is feature-rich and helps secure my business network. Simple to set up and manage, yet provides many advanced configuration options. Managing users is easy with it's SSO integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UTunnel VPN and ZTNA?

There's nothing much about UTunnel that I would criticize. Though, the VPN client for Windows could be improved in my opininion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UTunnel VPN and ZTNA:

The Basic plan has limited features for business use and so I would recommend the standard plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UTunnel VPN and ZTNA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy user-management was one of our main business requirements and we got that with UTunnel. Some other VPN solutions charged per connection and were too expensive for us. UTunnel on the other hand has turned out to be a very affordable option for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UTunnel VPN and ZTNA?

UTunnel VPN was easy to implement. UTunnel proved to be a reliable hosted VPN with its performance and user-friendly interface for server management. With the deployment of the UTunnel VPN server on AWS cloud instance, we can now securely access various services and systems held locally or on the cloud. Client applications that are available on all major platforms is another advantage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UTunnel VPN and ZTNA?

Although they offer customizable plans, UTunnel’s payment methods are limited to credit cards. It would have been better if they could offer more payment options like PayPal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UTunnel VPN and ZTNA solving and how is that benefiting you?

The objective was to find a solution to provide a secure network access to team members remotely working from different locations, connecting to our network via their home internet connection or even public Wi-Fi. With UTunnel VPN, we could address all required network safety requirements and seamlessly ensure compliance with the policies of various end customer organizatiins.
