"Making integration knowledge easier to scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

We use Uteach as a solution to train our customers. One thing we quickly realized at Exalate is that customers don't all need the same training. The administrator, service management consultants, and implementation partners need completely different guidance from us. Uteach gave us a practical way to organize learning experiences for different audiences without creating separate systems for each one.

We also like how quickly we can publish and update content. Since our product evolves, training materials need to be updated very quickly. Our team can make updates immediately and know customers are always seeing the latest information.

Another advantage is that customers can navigate technical topics in a structured way rather than jumping between documentation pages and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

There were a few workflow settings that took us some time to fully understand at the beginning, but once everything was configured, managing the academy became quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Platform for Employee Skill Assessment and Development"
5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

At actiTIME, we were looking for a practical way to evaluate employee knowledge across different teams. Uteach gave us a structured system for both assessments and follow-up learning.

We can create assessments for different departments, set passing scores, and immediately see results without spending time consolidating feedback manually. The reporting is useful because managers can quickly identify knowledge gaps and understand which topics need additional training.

We also like that assessments don't have to exist separately from learning. If a team struggles with a particular area, we can assign training materials and reassess later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

It took us some time figuring out the best way to structure assessments for different departments, but the platform itself is easy once the process is established. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Platform for Automating Administrative Tasks and Boosting Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

We use Uteach as the core platform for our online educational center, High-End Learning. We specialize in teaching Artificial Intelligence (AI) to educators and professionals. We use the platform to host our courses, manage a large community of over 10 000 participants, and securely process online payments. Uteach helps us automate our entire learning process: from categorizing our specialized streams and integrating live Zoom sessions, to automatically generating graduation certificates. Essentially, we use it to run a professional, fully automated, and accessible online academy without geographical limitations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. The platform is very robust, and whenever we needed help, their customer support was extremely responsive. If I had to suggest a slight improvement for the future, it would be great to see even more advanced AI-driven analytics to track student behavior and engagement in deeper detail. But overall, the current tools and reporting features already cover our business needs perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical time-saving LMS for our growing academy"
5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

Uteach makes our training process at Trackdesk more structured, measurable, and less time-consuming. Updating content doesn’t take much time, which matters because we change lessons often. On the operations side, reporting is flexible enough for us to track progress without exporting data every time. Also, the customer support is very patient and didn't mind our questions, especially during the setup. So far, Uteach is a practical solution for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

It works fine for now, but it took some time to get used to at the beginning, like any software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A consistent and scalable way to onboard our global dev team"
5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

We use Uteach mostly for onboarding training, and it helped us standardize the entire process. It provides the same quality onboarding experience for every new hire, irrespective of their location. We like that it keeps all the content, internal policies, and instructional videos in one place, making things much easier for us. We also appreciate the visibility it provides, making tracking skills, progress, and completion much easier, so we can clearly see where each hire stands. Considering the value it offers, it's not expensive compared to the opportunities it opens up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

Some small adjustments were needed in the beginning to fit into our workflow, but the Uteach team added the custom features and we no longer needed our internal team to perform such tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple, scalable LMS that helped us onboard schools faster"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

I use Uteach to onboard schools in a structured and scalable way, delivering step-by-step training through courses. I love the community opportunity, which keeps school representatives engaged, lets them ask questions, and share updates in one place instead of scattered emails. The mobile app adds professionalism and accessibility, making the experience more seamless. Uteach is very easy to use and doesn't require any technical effort from our team. The course builder, community space, and mobile app are the most valuable features for us. The initial setup was straightforward, the platform is intuitive, and their responsive support made the process even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

Some small customizations took time to get right, but nothing critical. In Uteach, the areas that took a bit more time were fine-tuning course layouts and adjusting the community structure to match how we onboard different school segments. Some UI-level customizations and workflow tweaks (like organizing content exactly the way we wanted for different user types) also needed a bit of back and forth. One improvement could be more ready-made templates or presets for onboarding flows, especially for B2B/education use cases, so teams can get started faster with less customization effort. "Centralized, Intuitive Platform That Simplifies STEM Learning Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

Uteach has made it much easier for STEM Primary School of the NPUA Foundation to organize and manage STEM learning for a large number of students and teachers in one place. We use it to structure courses, share learning materials, and track student progress across different classes and levels.

The platform is intuitive and does not require strong technical skills, which is very important in a school environment where teachers have different levels of digital experience. I especially like that everything is centralized - courses, quizzes, certificates, and communication - instead of using multiple disconnected tools. This saves a lot of time and reduces confusion for both teachers and students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

There is very little to dislike. Some advanced features require a bit of time to fully understand at first, but the support team and documentation help make the learning curve manageable. Overall, the platform is continuously improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Sharing Lessons, but the Interface Could Be More User-Friendly"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

Personal level:

On a personal level, I am most happy that novice professionals can record their lessons and deliver them to a wider audience.

Corporate level:

From a corporate perspective, it has become a platform that demonstrates a more systematic approach in certain areas — making it particularly useful for companies in the education sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

The interface, I think, can be more user-friendly. Sometimes you can find the common things in difficult, hard-to-reach parts of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Truly Reliable Solution for Centralized Training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Uteach?

With Uteach, we finally have a professional home for our product and AEO training. We needed a spot to show our users how to actually implement Gracker’s insights, and the platform makes the whole process look cohesive, manageable, and trackable with powerful reports. Being able to automate custom certificates is a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

There isn’t much to dislike. It would just be nice to have more direct integrations, but they offer API integrations, so that’s not an issue anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I built my entire online academy from scratch using Uteach with only basic IT knowledge and experienced zero friction throughout the process. The platform is modern, user friendly and incredibly versatile. I requested custom features and they delivered perfectly. The overall experience has been seamless and professional from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uteach?

Nothing at all. Everything works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
