What do you like best about USU Software Asset Management?

A lot of license knowhow, hard working and reliable employees that are always there when we have questions or concerns with the platform or its functioning. SmartTrack shows unique capabilities and advanced features that met the needs of our company's wide and challenging organizational structure, which has multiple platforms that span across multiple divisions nationwide. What do you dislike about USU Software Asset Management?

There are some functionality issues, which may be a user error and our team adjusting to a new software and how to use it. It takes time to learn the ins and outs of a website. So far no issues on their part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
