"Enterprise-Grade Observability and Automation That Powers Actionable ITSM Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about UST Global?

What I like most is their ability to deliver enterprise-grade observability and automation that bridges the gap between raw infrastructure telemetry and truly actionable ITSM workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UST Global?

What I dislike most is the occasional bottleneck during the technical documentation handoff and the change-management transition phases. While their delivery engineers are highly skilled at building complex, multi-platform integrations, the shift from the initial architecture phase into our steady-state operations can feel fragmented at times. It often takes extra pushback to receive fully documented API configurations, custom alert-correlation scripts, and runbooks that meet our standards. Additionally, in a highly regulated enterprise environment like healthcare IT, their deployment sprint schedules sometimes struggle to align with strict internal compliance guardrails and rigorous change-management review boards, which can create temporary delivery friction. "Robust Observability and Automation with Seamless Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about UST Global?

UST Global excels at delivering robust enterprise observability and automation strategies. As a support engineer, I especially appreciate how smoothly they integrate advanced monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk into complex server environments. Their architecture blueprints have significantly reduced false-positive alerts, which helps my team stay focused on genuine, critical infrastructure anomalies. In addition, their operational frameworks built around ServiceNow workflows have streamlined our incident response process and improved response times, supporting consistently high availability across our server networks. What do you dislike about UST Global?

The onboarding process for niche, legacy healthcare systems can occasionally run into minor delays, mainly because of compliance requirements and documentation bottlenecks. Also, while their core engineering solutions are world-class, the training modules for emerging technologies could be rolled out sooner so support teams can adjust more quickly to frequent software updates. "Automation-Driven Stability with a Collaborative, Innovative Engineering Culture"
5/5
What do you like best about UST Global?

What I like best about UST Global is its strong focus on automation and system stability, which directly improves my daily workflow as a support and development engineer. By replacing manual monitoring with proactive alerting and modernizing legacy frameworks into cloud-native architectures, the company significantly reduces recurring production incidents and off-hours firefights. This emphasis on innovation allows me to work with cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines and microservices while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the collaborative engineering culture and exposure to diverse client environments provide a continuous learning platform to expand my technical skill set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UST Global?

The main challenge is the steep learning curve required when transitioning legacy client systems into modern, cloud-native architectures, which can sometimes lead to temporary spikes in workload. Additionally, because the company works with diverse global clients, internal documentation and onboarding materials for specific account environments can occasionally be fragmented or outdated. Navigating these varied client-specific processes and approval workflows can sometimes slow down development momentum, though standardizing these engineering practices across all accounts would greatly streamline our support delivery. "UST: Expert Production Support with Top-Tier Monitoring and Strong Root-Cause Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about UST Global?

I appreciated UST's deep expertise in production-support frameworks and in modern monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Their engineers consistently demonstrated strong root-cause analysis skills, which made it straightforward to hand off complex infrastructure issues to them. They adapted quickly to our internal SLAs and maintained detailed, well-organized documentation for recurring production bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UST Global?

The initial knowledge transfer and application onboarding phase took slightly longer than planned because their team needed extra time to map our complex legacy system dependencies thoroughly. Additionally, during high-severity production incidents, the critical communication handoff between their offshore and onshore support rotations occasionally suffered minor delays due to global time-zone differences. "Lacks Innovation and Proactive Support"
2.5/5
What do you like best about UST Global?

I have been using UST Global for tech services primarily because of the price point and it was recommended to us by PWC. They help us by providing resources for CRM development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UST Global?

I don't see anything new or different from UST Global, they don't do their own learning. Their work often doesn't meet our expectations, and they need better resources and timely assistance. I'm looking for them to improve on upskilling, better solutioning, and ownership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UST Global?

If I had to mention something, it would be that in a large global company processes can sometimes feel a bit slow or bureaucratic, but I see that as a trade-off for stability and scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
