The uSkinned developers are always on hand and reply to questions very quickly. Integration is easy to set-up, we use it for almost every project and have purchased over 100 licences to date. The challenge is Umbraco, very few developers know Umbraco, its not like Wordpress where you can find 10 freelancers in two minutes. I appreciate the straightforward customization options it provides. One of the things I like most about it is the ease of use. Their customer support is excellent, and the interface is intuitive. It’s also intuitive enough for the marketing team to manage content independently, which is a big plus. On top of that, the customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. I also appreciate the wide range of parameters available, which make customizing prebuilt designs straightforward, resulting in an easy process for creating new designs. The tool is overall quite straightforward to use, and I am impressed with the high quality and responsiveness of the support service. Furthermore, uSkinned Site Builder recently introduced a fantastic feature to address deployment issues, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and support, which I find quite reliable. I have encountered issues when deploying since designers are building the site directly in the Umbraco Cloud Live domain. uSkinned Site Builder constructs CSS and Javascript files with details stored in the database. Building components is straightforward due to uSkinned having an array of prebuilt elements that I can then customise according to my needs. The initial setup was super quick and easy, ensuring I can start working without delay. Also they have the BEST customer support, as the staff at uSkinned (shout out to Paul) are incredibly responsive and helpful and always super quick to resolve any issues I encounter!
