**What do you like best about USFleetTracking?**

As a chauffeur service provider, timing is everything and US Fleet let us pinpoint our chauffeurs' locations for clients.   It is in real-time, and the software doesn't jump the vehicles all over the map.  Tracking individual vehicles on particular trips is easy and the overall system is very user friendy.

**What do you dislike about USFleetTracking?**

I'm not sure if it was the heat, but we always had issues with vehicles that would show-up as "idling", even for months on end.  This was an issue for us and one of the reasons why we switched.  Customer service was good and they tried to assist us, but we still had issues.  I would assume that they have upgraded their GPS units since.

**What problems is USFleetTracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used USFleetTracking not only for GPS services for our back office and customers but also for fuel management.  Though not a lot, we were able to decrease spending on fuel by monitoring driving habits of chauffeurs.

User friendly not overly overwhelming to use. Would recommend very helpful. 

**What do you dislike about USFleetTracking?**

Haven’t find anything not to like yet . Everything seems to work as it should . 

**What problems is USFleetTracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking is a great way to stay organized
