Free widget is fine, it does some things for the site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UserWay? When canceling, they called and told us we had to sign a document first. Yeah, no. Cancel it immediately, don't say a document has to be signed. Still shows "processing." Also, they have some kind of deal with G2 saying yoiu'll get a gift card if you leave a rreview. We did so and got an email saying "yours wasn't one of the first reviews, so you don't get a card". Yes, UserWay has in some cases asked customers asking to cancel to confirm they know the legal risks involved in removing the AI-Powered Pro Widget. It is our responsibility to keep our customers informed of their compliance requirements, and since we are a digital accessibility compliance platform, canceling a UserWay subscription can lead to legal vulnerabilities. Concerning our role with G2, let me extend our sincere apologies for the confusion. You have our assurance that we in no way plan to hold back incentives. Their service was ok, but then they kept adding services, and I had to cancel each time.
