The synthesis tools are good for looking at research holistically across clicks and replies. I also appreciate watching videos and the ease of creating, sharing, and stringing together video clips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The program is slow, and the menu options are hard to find. It takes a few times to remember all the settings and how to adjust them. It's also difficult to copy data out of the tool if you need to access it later.
I like that I have the option to use my own panel, but their panel is very well trained. I've found the feedback from their trained users to be slightly biased due to their testing experience.
Users also struggle to move the controls out of the way during testing and remember to see the prompt. They really struggle with the interface, and it can bias results. The old interface was a bit smoother for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
