What do you like best about UserTesting?

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

The recruiting panel pricing model is mostly appealing to mid and upper scaled companies. Individual folks like me cannot afford to pay $50 per response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I mostly do first click tests. It’s the best tool in the market for that. You won’t find any other tool as usable, fast and actionable as this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
