The platform is pretty good at being able to supply people to test. You can also get some custom support where they will help with facilitation and scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

Navigating the product is sometimes challenging. Wish there was more support for summaries of findings. Watching all the videos takes a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
