What do you like best about UserTesting?

It is efficient, fast and results are accurate. I can get clear insights for potential or active customers. These customers are a great resource and help in taking design and UX decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

I sometimes feel users are only there to make money, as it happens that they are not as knowledgeable as if they managed to cheat their way through the screening process. It also sometimes takes a lot of time to compile results as some users tend to talk a lot, especially when only a clear and simple answer is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usertesting helps us take clear design decisions. Whenever we're at a crossroad, we use Usertest to help us decided which way to go.
