What do you like best about UserTesting?

How easy it is to set up a test, and how quick it is to find users. I save a lot of time not having to find users to conduct a test, and also by being able to duplicate and edit tests to iterate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

Not being able to pause or stop the test. Sometimes I realize an error in the script and have no choice but to let it run and ignore the test results. It seems like a waste of testers' time that could be avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
