What do you like best about UserTesting?

I'm in the position where I've tried usertesting on both sides of the coin ; for my company [most of the time] and as a tester myself.

Company

Intuitive dashboard and filtering options to really target those who matter to your case study. This is critical to gather feedback that's pertinent to your project/idea.

User

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

There's honestly nothing that jumps into mind.

I've used the product for years and years, so it's been constantly improving in that time. It's only going to get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tend to buy users to test my website builds or apps - some for myself and some for my clients. I love hearing their disparate opinions. You'd be amazed at how many non-techy folks have fantastic feedback. I guess it takes being 'out of the loop' in order to see these kinds of things.

The benefits have been massive for us - we're constantly reiterating our projects in accordance with feedback. It's a valuable tool for us and most likely always will be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
