What do you like best about UserTesting?

User Testing allows you to designate the type of users you are modeling for, and actually watch them navigate your site in recorded sessions. Users are trained to do "think alouds" so we get to see and hear the actions and thinking of users similar to your target users. The turnaround times are incredibly fast too. I've made many discoveries through these insights and find this to be a marvelous solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?
