**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I am using usersnap from the long time and i like the feature in which users can mark the issues directly on the screen which help developer to understand the problem faster. Usersnap is ease to implement and have a high customer feedback collection, and you can also change the forms, feedback buttons and surveys.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

We can identify the UX problem through real user interactions also it provide browser based tool. it has best customer support and nothing to dislike about it.

Usersnap have visual bug reporting, reduces back-and-forth communication between users and develops and screen recording support.

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Usersnap made it easy to collect feedback from our customers.
We also are now able to directly gather Requests for Features, Reports of Bugs or general Customer communication directly in our Product without the need to program it ourselves. This data is transferred to Zendesk by an automated integration and thereby seamlessly integrates in existing structures. The Support is outstanding, fast and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

It's a bit expensive and has the "usersnap" Branding in all price plan except the highest one. I would expect no branding way earlier.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its easy to implement and has a lot of features. Collecting Feedback is a main interest to better our software and tailor it to the needs of our customers.

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

Easy to use and implement. It is also really quick.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

My user snap admin seems to be late adding options to the categories, which means that a lot of the time, I don't have the category that I need whenever submitting a ticket, especially when doing it for new clients. (I am talking about "account", I am not sure if this is a custom field or a standard field).

I understand that this is on the admin to set up usersnap properly so that we have appropriate options but I also believe that a really software is very admin-proof. I would suggest adding a way for us to send messages to the admin directly on the app, (I am not even sure who is the admin for our account), or for us to create a special type of ticket for usersnap usage. Maybe even allowing regular users to add category options and just having the admin approve them.

Streamlining user feedback and trackking results. I use to have to message people and then follow up to make sure they saw my tickets.

Basic implementation is quite straightforward but in cases where security policies were in place on the host site, the suggested resolution in the documentation felt non-trivial.

Mature engouh, focused to the point, gradually gaining more new well curated features, deliver the core value to our critical use case. Lot of potentila for future escalation.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

More like our issue that our related business is not yet large enough which puts us to think the relative cost per case but then again, filing to deliver the related service would be more costy, so we are good with that. And when we scale, the cost per case reduces naturally. Perhaps advanced features could be available for modest use under the basic license, specially if low volume use? That would increase our score to 10.

Mainly providing fast responce to our https://tietoa.cc cloud platform app users who may face critical moments in the process.

Out of the box integrations  are useful and powerful, especially the opportunity to bring feedback directly to Jira. First feedback came in under an hour.

The only downside I can see is in convincing teams to put aside not-invented-here syndrome and do a real A/B test against their current or homebrew survey solution.

Usersnap has revolutionized our organization’s approach to bug tracking and customer feature enhancement requests. It seamlessly integrates with our existing tools, including Jira and Asana, with very little effort from our in-house Engineering team. It has drastically reduced the time and effort our internal teams spend reporting bugs across various platforms like Slack, emails, calls, etc. and it provided our R&D team with a centralized repository for actioning on reported issues.

It also helped us consolidate all customer enhancement requests into a single, rich data repository, simplifying our workflow and facilitating efficient prioritization. It’s like a snap of the fingers—effortless and effective.

Usersnap has firmly established itself as an indispensable tool in our toolkit. Streamlining our bug reporting and feedback process and fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders has directly contributed to our improved outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Currently, there isn't much to report. The support team remains highly accessible and responsive to queries. However, one area for improvement lies in the 5 to 10 seconds lag experienced when submitting bugs or feedback with attachments via the widget. Some colleagues perceive this delay as unresponsiveness. Nevertheless, it's a minor issue that we’ve adapted to and doesn’t significantly impact our workflow.

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

When I think about Usersnap I think about 3 things: easy to use, amazing customer support team, lots of potential.
We've implemented the Usersnap tool in multiple systems, for multiple purposes (in some cases, customer facing for support and feedback, in other cases, internal usage for bug reports). It way easy to set it up every time.
And that's where the customer support comes into play. Of course, a team offering a feedback and support tool would also have a great way of gathering feedback (and implementing it), plus a professional, always available, support team, who also helped us  to setup the projects.
Working with the tool across a few years now, I've seen it constantly evolve  with a bigger number of features and it now offers even more options to support your clients (be it internal or external).

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

There isn't much i dislike about Usersnap, everything we asked for was implemented. The only challenge I've faced was when integrating with other tools, I always needed a dev to help to the more technical settings, but luckily for us, we have the resources so it's easy with the right help.

Usersnap's in-app widgets provide an excellent way to gather feedback and messages from your users. Also the Slack integration is very useful, meaning that bug reports and other feedback messages come to you instantly.
Customer Support is also very attenrtive and helpful.

I can't really think of any major downsides. Perhaps the emails that get sent from the platform could be in a better format.

It excels in bug tracking and customer feedback collection, offering clear and actionable insights. One area for improvement in Usersnap is the lack of direct integration with CRM systems. Usersnap offers a lot of great functionality and flexibility for collecting direct user feedback. It's very easy to implement once and adjust without engineering effort as you have control over many features directly from the Usersnap UI.
The Usersnap team is very responsive and helpful, plus there's tons of documentation readily available.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Not much yet. I find the product very flexible, and although not perfect as we all have our own unique needs, it's as close to answering our needs as it gets!

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usersnap offers a centralised functionality for gathering contextual user feedback, bug reporting, user research - it offers lots of different options that are often spread across many separate tools. Our problem was limited product feedback that we get from our clients (not necessarily users) when they contact our customer facing teams. Having an option to give feedback directly in the app via Usersnap allows us to paint a more accurate picture of any issues, user sentiment, and validate any new features directly within the app.

Simple things like browser information and a record of the console make debugging so much easier for us.

**What do you like best about Usersnap?**

I use Usersnap nearly every day and it works well with no bugs that we are aware of and I was up and running with little to no training.
It seamlessly integrated with our web-based product and allowed us to not only capture the details of the feedback but also take pictures of videos for additional insight.
The support is very responsive, even though they are on the other side of the world and they were very interested in my suggestions for improvements, one of which has already been implemented. The CEO even called me for a video chat to understand how I am using Usersnap and how it could work better for us - a very responsive company.
There are many features I haven't even started to use yet.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Several features could be improved and I have provided them with this feedback.
Some examples are limited workflow with only 4 hardcoded statuses.
Unable to directly edit an issue once it is logged, you have to add notes.
Some features are not obvious and I needed to be shown but this is a side effect of a feature rich system.
Overall, these are minor gripes and I hope they will listen to my feedback and make some changes.

Allowing us to test a new product we are developing and provide that feedback to the development team.
I can easily view issues that have been marked as completed and then confirm they are correct or push them back with my feedback.

Usersnap stands out for its seamless implementation process. The ease with which we integrated it into our client's workflow was remarkable. The documentation provided is not only accurate but also exceptionally helpful. What truly impressed me, though, was the outstanding level of customer support. They didn't waste a moment diving straight into the heart of our technical issues. No basic questions or tedious diagnostics—just efficient, technically adept support.

There a lot of things I like about Usersnap.  First of all its easy to setup with clear and user friendly steps.  Recieving feedback from users is very important and Usersnap includes all the information required i.e. video's, comments, priority etc.  The support provided is fantastic, the staff is very helpful in my case Simon has been extremely helpful - Thank you !

Incredibly easy to set up, maintain, and adapt to our apps.

Rigidity of Admin roles at lower payment levels, but it's not a deal breaker.

It gives our users an easy to submit feedback, and see the feedback that they submitted. And it gives us internal an easy way to organize and triage feedback from users. Best of all, the Dev team can easily manipulate it based on our needs.

Usersnap has been great in rolling out a new version of our website/SAAS product.  It provides a nearly dummy-proof interface for users to share their thoughts, report bugs, etc.  Ability to respond directly to user feedback is very helpful for clarifying questions.

I've also had a few questions about setup and features, and the Usersnap customer support team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting things cleared up!

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Some of the project setup flow in Usersnap is a bit confusing, with some settings in a different place than I'd expect. 
 Documentation on creating integrations with other services is not as great as I would like it to be.

**What problems is Usersnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us track bugs in our new website, as well as allowing users to submit feedback about new features they'd like to see added down the road to the website/product.

Very easy use and integration paired with a high level of customizability.  Their Customer Support is 24/7... - Lack of basic features that help in day-to-day operations, simple things like ticking multiple bugs in the list, you would expect to be able to see the number of items ticked. Reported to have this added, no action as it's not part of the development focus. What nonsense.
- Lousy integration, native integrations are minimal with the rest requiring Zapier.
- Their insights and reporting features are laughable at best, completely unhelpful and does not provide insights/breakdown to how many bugs are oustanding, how many were fixed, etc. It's just a basic confusing number.
- Sudden price increase, but no substantial feature/function release to justify it
- Unhelpful support, automatic card payment to them got rejected by multiple banks, bank cited that Usersnap is now a HIgh-risk merchant. Highlighted this to Usersnap, they were VERY PROMPT to say they can't do anything without even trying to find out with our banks why first.
- Just plain lacklustre product, compared to their competitor with a similar name (we promptly moved away.)

Yes, you can target feedback from specific users. For example, we give particular areas of a page for customers to test, and while they are working, we can have a feedback popup while they are on the page and ask how they are doing.

Report update on usage is needed. Overall, the admin team can see if all projects are being utilized ad desired. Internally, we need more time to ensure everyone in our business is across the new updates ie, like the video now has the voice recording - previously, it didn't have. Integration for web frontend is really easy and changes made in Usersnap backend are instantly visible. Usersnap offers many really useful integrations. For us, especially Slack and Teams have proven to be integrations we use most. I'm curious to see what kind of automation and integration pipelines we can build. Getting systems to communicate with each other is a breeze and really straightforward.
Interface is simple and effective and ticketing system view is easy to control with just couple of clicks setting different parameters. Through integrations it is possible to get additional info about the issue from users outside Usersnap.

**What do you dislike about Usersnap?**

Sometimes screenshot does not count all the elements that are visible and from time to time drawings in screenshots do not align 100% with the screenshot image. Minor flaws and I believe those might be related to cross-origin content on our page that are not allowed to be rendered by 3rd party.
Refresh time for interface could be better. Sometimes changes are not visible until page is reloaded.

If you are looking for a lightweight yet feature rich feedback system for developent or user feedback, this is recommended.

We are using Usersnap to get feedback in development/beta phase of our new web solution and this will also be used to get more broad feedback from public users in open beta and some time after publishing the site. We have noticed a big increase on response times with error reporting and developers' fix as the ticket system is very good.
