What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Userpilot solves for us is developer dependency. Previously, any attempt to add user assistance or launch a survey required a developer's time and a formal sprint cycle. By moving these tasks into a no-code platform, our product and design teams can now deploy guides and walkthroughs autonomously.
We are also seeing a significant benefit from the survey functionality. It allows us to trigger contextual feedback loops (like NPS or feature-specific questions) in real-time. The ability to review this feedback immediately and toggle flows on or off based on user responses gives us an agility we didn't have before.
While the internal process of building these flows is often frustrating and the UI is clunky, the outcome—having live user assistance and a steady stream of survey data without taxing our engineering team—is the main benefit we get from the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
