The thing I like the most is we can fully customize it according to our needs

Some users find that Userpilot's pricing can be high, especially for smaller teams or startups if they are on a tight budget.  But if we compare it with competitors it is fairly priced

Userpilot helps solve the challenge of user onboarding and product adoption by providing a no-code platform to create personalized in-app experiences.
It helped us in reducing churn as it enables faster user activation.

Userpilot is an intuitive platform that significantly enhances user engagement and product adoption. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the creation of in-app experiences, such as quick surveys and banners, without requiring any coding knowledge. This ease of use and straightforward setup process make it an excellent tool for product managers aiming to streamline operations and gather actionable feedback. I am a big fan of the value proposition that UserPilot has to offer. The customer service team is incredibly helpful and integrating UserPilot into various applications is a pleasingly straightforward process. I highly recommend others to check out what UserPilot has to offer. I also am motivated to see the upcoming features that UserPilot has planned to deliver on their roadmap.

UserPilot has potential in improving customer experience and product adoption. Userpilot has added many new features in the last year, such as dashboards, analytics, event auto-capture, and Salesforce sync. It is now a serious competitor to other product analytics tools, in addition to its previous strengths in user flows and feedback. It's easier to use than similar tools, and its customer support has been fantastic.

Some features aren't as advanced as other solutions. But if you want an easy-to-use, all-in-one solution, this is it.

Userpilot helps us build flows to guide new users during onboarding and educate existing users about new features. We also use it to collect feedback and track product usage analytics.

One of the best feature about Userpilot is the survey collection form and onboarding checklist. It is so easy to use and perfect for a beginner level analyst.

Some minor gaps like slowness of the app is what i dislike sometimes. Pricing can also be a bit better.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being an analyst Userpilot is solving one of the most important problem for me that is getting insights about user onboarding. Preparing checklist and adoption survey form has never been so easy. kudos to Userpilot! Also i regularly need to check user and account properties which is very easy in Userpilot.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

UserPilot met all of our primary use cases (in-screen overlay/guides, help centre, feedback surveys)  better than the previous platform we used and was also far swifter to integrate. We received excellent support throughout and our product feedback was listened to and, in many cases, acted upon. 

We found the logging and analytics capabilities of User Pilot a real bonus. Our platform operates behind a paywall and Google Analytics has never played well. With User Pilot we got detailed flow analytics pretty much out of the box.

As a growing platfrom there are some features that are still in their infancy.

Being able to publish in-app popups for research surveys and feature updates has been incredibly helpful to us. Along with the ability to track user engagement of new features and enhancements. Userpilot has many great, easy-to-use features.

It is so awesome to finally have an easy way to view pilot data. The information I can see/pull from Userpilot allows me to  create a stronger connection with my customers and have a better understanding of their team's usage. I also appreicate that the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. There are a lot of features available which I look forward to exploring!

Since we are sharing so much data with customers- I sometimes struggle with the best way to share/export data.

What I like the most is the simplicity of user segmentation and the ease of creating flows and notifications for users, making our lives much easier when it comes to launching new features.

It could expand the possibilities for user research and also enable the connection with other communication channels, such as WhatsApp and email.

UserPilot helps me increase feature adoption and communicate with users much more easily than going through the software development pipeline. This enables a lot more experimentation. Additionally, it supports me with Product Analytics and allows me to conduct user surveys with a higher response rate.

We've had several team members all use userpilot and the experience has been great. Requires a bit of a learning curve but once you've figured it out the possibilities are endless.

Once in the product it is intuitive and offers a lot of customization to reach the right customers. The availability with our Account Manager and the technical support team has been incredible - they are always happy to support some of my questions as I onboard to this new tool.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

It can be tricky to connect with our staging environments which can make the time working through the tasks I've been assigned more timely. Would be great to be able to make quick copy/branding edits within the platform that can be done offline.

Allows for quick user guides and information to be added to our platform without a need for our tech team to build within our product. It is great to be able to see the data from our customers come in immediately for consumption.

We've also been able to address a lot of common customer service calls by creating tooltips and spotlights that highlight how different features are used. You can easily match your brand to make the Userpilot experience fit seamlessly within your application.

You definitely want a developer on your team to help with some aspects of the User Pilot implementation.

It is loaded with features that are always improving . Wether you want to figure out whats best for your bussiness or whats best for your users , It helps you get everything in line! Its like Having 5-6 Paid Services all in one place. And whats even better is that you can integrate with any app you want and build reports too!

The analytics and report building can use some more work for advanced analytics but still it will get the job done.

1. We can target users with different journeys based on their bussiness. 
2. We are able to get more demo requests.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

The flows that can be created to guide users within your tool, which can include images, gifs and even videos, are incredible.  The possibility of including checklists to remind the user of what needs to be done helps a lot to maintain our client's engagement in the system.  The possibility of tracking events helps with the analysis of product metrics, in addition to the NPS being able to be done within our own system, which is something fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

I see a few bugs that occur when testing and even publishing flows, when they are run in the Google browser, it seems that the flow loses the page element.  But nothing that can't be resolved in a few minutes using the tool.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The userpilot platform solves several problems, both in guiding the user within the system and in communicating with the same user for warnings, problems and product news.  Using a single platform to guide, communicate and measure the user reduces the time and cost of using other tools.

This software is extremely well put together and easy to use, making it a fantastic onboarding tool for customers navigating our new and improved platform. The intuitive flows and resource center let users select the help they need when they need it, giving them the freedom to customize their own experience. It’s quick to learn, and the support is amazing. The software offers several customizable analytics reports, providing valuable insights into customer usage and potential areas for development. Additionally, it enables feedback collection and survey management, further enhancing user experience.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

I don't really have anything that I dislike about Userpilot. I would like to maybe see some additional editing features added in flows. 
It is a great product, the team is open to suggestions for enhancements and I have never had anything I dislike.

Userpilot is great - it allows for easy segmentation and communication to our customers straight in the platform.  It also integrates well with Hubspot.

Building out and testing flows can sometimes be a bit tedious.

It is easy to set up for non-tech people. It is great that it offers guides and tracking in one platform. The support team is super helpful, answers quickly and thoroughly.

Could be a better way to organise and work with feedback, option to send NPS on email, and easier to sort the data in the tables.

We have been able to set up workflows to educate clients on step by step instruction on our platform. It has been valuable in the education process. We are also able to pull reports to see the usage of our platform which allows us to see who is navigating to which areas and where we need to increase traffic.

To create some of the analytics we need to create flows and features in the backend which can be difficult without training.

No-code implementation was really great, strong data collection and analysis. The customer support team response rate is awesome!

The plugin for creating content is a bit laggy but overall it's good.

Its tracking how user operates the app which helped us in redesigning the app. They come up with new features every month. It also enable us with detailed insights and helped our product management team to understand the customers effectively.

AI works pretty well and importing the data into the system was smooth. Customer Support is the best. The user feedback tools are one of a kind. At last i'm happy using Userpilot.

The onboarding is a bit complex but once you get a hang of the system it works really well and give you competitive advantage.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

Userpilot is software that acts as a product experience layer that extends on top of the platform website. I am happy with the results achieved and the usability of the software. The interactive flows, guides, checklists, and step-by-step tutorials have transformed our onboarding process, making it much more intuitive for new users. I use Userpilot to communicate and teach about new features on our platform, which has been extremely effective. The ability to segment our users and personalize their journeys has been a huge advantage, allowing us to provide relevant and targeted experiences. Additionally, the Resource Center is very useful for enabling our users to search directly in our Help Center. The behavior analysis and in-app feedback surveys have given us valuable insights to continuously improve our product. Userpilot has been essential in increasing our product adoption and reducing churn rates. I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

What I had a little more difficulty with in my usage experience was working on the Goals settings.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new users;helping to create user surveys; creating messages for segmented users; presenting quick messages without the need for help from a developer.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

Userpilot has played a important role in changing our onboarding from traditional to digital, saving us a significant amount of time.

more than 1500 of our users have successfully completed their onboarding, which contains four checklists. The 24 flows cover all aspects of our ATS, using both videos and text to provide clear and informative guidance.

Being able to send knowledge at various points during the onboarding process, along with the integration of videos. Additionally, Userpilot effectively helps us gather user feedback, which supports our continuous improvement efforts.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

The main dislike is the lack of an API for deeper integration with our Power BI tool. This limitation restricts our ability to perform extensive analysis and reporting. Furthermore would be great to have a Zapier integration.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userpilot has been important in transitioning our onboarding from traditional in-person training to a digital, on-demand system. It not only scales our process but also makes it accessible anytime and anywhere.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

We really love the ability to send messaging to broad or very specific customers, without having to write any code.  Our dev team is very busy with adding functionality to our SaaS product, and to achieve the kind of messaging and communication that UserPilot does, our devs would have to put feature dev on hold.  The analytics also have proven to be very useful.  Is surprising what our product manager can report on from UserPilot, as far as features that are being used and information about our clients' devices.  Implementation was pretty easy (though the more you want UserPilot to do, the more complex the implementation has the potential to become).  And their customer service is quick, courteous, and kind.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

Not much to report on the "dislikes" side.  It seems like there's an issue with grouping users (or perhaps running reports on groups based on user-level details), but I could be wrong.  As feature-rich as it is, there's a bit of a learning curve with it, but that's to be expected.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed ways to quickly communicate with very customers meeting very specific requirements.  We also wanted to be able to analyze usage of various features of our web app.

We recently switched from Pendo to Userpilot and we have found the implementation pretty smooth so far. Our customer care team was able to pick up on the guides and NPS right away and we're able to get the same data that we did from Pendo.

Our dev team did mention they had to make a few changes to what we send as the data format they were expecting was non-standard, but it was pretty minor and easily resolved.

Our main goal in using Userpilot is to guide and support users throughout the product implementation process. It is quite surprising how easy it is to implement and start building guides with Userpilot. Today, Userpilot is used by multiple roles in my product team and covers analytics, building guides, and creating product communication.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

The Userpilot builder has some limitations when it comes to the front-end technology used in your product, especially in tracking elements for attributing actions within flows. While this isn't a unique problem to Userpilot, it's currently our biggest challenge in utilizing the platform to its full potential.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User guiding and communication as a whole is well-supported by Userpilot. We use it for onboarding, feature guides, first-time flows, product release communication, and creating a get-help space in our Userpilot Resource Center. This translates to significant benefits for user activation and adoption across our product.

As a product manager, the biggest advantage Userpilot offers is the ability to centralize all user communication and guides in one place. This streamlined approach makes it much easier to manage and deliver a consistent user experience.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

The best about userpilot is the onbaording and survey features. The tool in general is easy to use, once instaled and integrated to the system it is a great to tool to provide an onbaording exprience or learn about your users fast, like get an idea on what to learn about or communicate and the implmentation to do it is very easy. That help us in Komet Sales to implment quick comms or onboardings for new features or do some reserach quicker then ever before like two or one questions surveys in context, that is super super helpful. The custom support is also great. We use the tool everyweek.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

Seomtimes it is buggy on the edit mode when creating the flows you need to refresh. The other think I would like for them to improve is to be able to order the repsonses from the surveyes fro example, you can export it to excel and do it but I think it ouwl be great to be able to sort the tables view from the results.

An easy way to add in-app Tolltips, surveys, onboarding flows, track usage of button and pages. As a Ux designer is great for taking dat-driven decisions and doing research.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

1.It's nicely organized, and most parts of the app are very easy to use. The process of creating flows and surveys is mostly straightforward.
2. It's easy to track progress of your flows and surveys: read what each customer said in their NPS score, check analytics for specific surveys, see who interacted with a flow and got to the end of it. It's useful when you need to reach out to a specific user who, for example, started a flow but wasn't able to finish it.
3. The support team is good. I had a chance to interact with them only once but they replied in the chat almost instantly and were able to resolve the issue within several minutes.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

1. With surveys, the conditional logic could be improved. For the cases where you need to give a respondent different answer options for the next question depending on their answer in the current question, I didn't find a way to easily create conditional logic and had to create multiple questions, where only one of them would be shown to a customer and all the others would be skipped.
2. There are tiny usability issues but they don't really make things worse, just sometimes being a little annoying.

1. It helps us explain the most complex parts of our app to the users and get them on board really quick.
2. It helps us collect users' feedback right inside our app, where the questions we ask are most relevant to the user.
3. It helps us notify our users about new features and changes in the app by showing where to find the new feature and how to use it.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

Userpilot is my first interaction with a user experience software. It was quick to learn and my team loves the new custom dashboards and the tools it provides to highlight new features as we deploy them. Userpilot gives our product team the information that we need to make strategic decisions and track how our work is impactful to the customer.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

Would really like the ability to track time on page. Many of the features we build involve new dashboards in our product and we can tell when people click on them but we can't tell how long they are up for. It makes adoption hard to quantify.

**What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track NPS through Userpilot and it gives us data to support or metrics as a product management team. These metrics help us steer our product by making informed decisions. It is the tip of the spear when we are looking at behaviors and adoption patterns across our customer base.

**What do you like best about Userpilot?**

Userpilot has been an instrumental piece in helping our own customers adopt a new version of our product.  Their solution is fairly easy to use, and we do not have to task a developer to change/add content.  They're a decent value for the cost.  The solution is versatile, providing us a variety of ways to interact with our own customers.  We're also very excited to use Userpilot to help us better gauge product adoption by our own customers.  I especially appreciate the ability they give you to segment customers and tailor content to specific segements.  Last but not least, they have a fairly response service team.

**What do you dislike about Userpilot?**

I wish they did more to foster a community for their customers.  I understand user groups often form independently out of necesity, but I think there's great opportunity for Userpilot customers to learn from eachtoher, on how they're using this versatile solution.  A conference and/or user group would be amazing.

The reporting and analytics is inadequate.

Teach our customers how to use our software.  Measuring production adoption.
