We've only been using it for a week or so, we found it very simple to get started. Most of the default options worked well and we've tweaked a few things - it was easy to find the various settings we needed to change the auto-response messages. We have also looked at a competitor's product and much prefer Userlike - the ways of setting up auto-response when operators are offline is much simpler with Userlike. We weren't sure how many customers would choose to use it, but we've had a number of enquiries each day so will look to add more agents and keep improving our setup. There was little coding required and it pretty much worked out the box. EDIT: Having used the software for a little longer - I'm actually more positive about it. The integration with facebook is particularly useful at this is how I communicate with most of my clients and generate leads. It's made it a lot easier to keep track of different people who contact me. I still think the set up is a bit fiddly and getting the automated replies to work how you intend them takes trial and error. Once you've worked it out thought the tools are very useful - such as setting opening and closing hours. Worth checking out if you are willing to put in the time setting it up. It took a couple of hours to get the set up complete where with better documentation to could have taken half that.
