We've only been using it for a week or so, we found it very simple to get started. Most of the default options worked well and we've tweaked a few things - it was easy to find the various settings we needed to change the auto-response messages. We have also looked at a competitor's product and much prefer Userlike - the ways of setting up auto-response when operators are offline is much simpler with Userlike. We weren't sure how many customers would choose to use it, but we've had a number of enquiries each day so will look to add more agents and keep improving our setup. We use userlike to conduct interviews for research. It’s easy for my students to set up the widgets and insert them onto a website or even into one of our online surveys. For participants, the process is seamless and they are familiar with other customer service chats so it is easy for them to figure out how to use the widget for an interview. I suppose for my students who are less tech savvy it can take them longer to figure out how to build a widget- but even then I can just build it for them and then they can still use it after it is built. I don’t like the login process. Because of the pop up window my password savers don’t recognize it and I am always forgetting my password and locking myself out. I also don’t like that you got rid of the login with Google feature. It’s also annoying that when I have trouble logging in I get an error in German that I have to translate in order to figure out the rules that my password needs to meet. Various functions, very simple and understandable. It is a very powerful tool at all and its helping us to get more leads through our website. Especially now during the time when shops are closed and the customers have more detailed questions. I like the fact that you are able to see what the user is typing before he finally sends the message. So you can prepare your answer during Live Chat. The Old Live Chat platform works better for our business than Unified Messaging. That being said, clients have issues getting the window to stay up, and also about 2/10 people can't figure out how to send the message. Needs a better send button. When they do system maintenance (which is at a pretty bad time for us in NYC time) you need to make sure to log out ahead of time, otherwise your chats are left open with no one to ever respond. It enables me to chat with potential customers visiting out website in a supportive manner. It is very easy to use and includes useful tutorials to help you get started with UserLike. It also has a free trial which is amazing and other services don't often offer this. I also really like that you can see what your webvisitors are typing before they even send the message. There should be a better integration with Microsoft Teams. It would be better to have a more significant notification when you receive a message from a webvisitor. Sometimes the geolocation of the webvisitor isn't that accurate but I don't think this has anything to do with the product itself. Nothing else really pops to mind about disliking UserLike. Excellent Dashboard and the plans are cheaper than competition. We liked the fact that they give you 3 operators with the first plan they offer (team). The customization and color are great. The installation of the widgets is really easy that even an amateur could do it but they also offer video tutorials for the widget installation. The trial offers most of the tools to get started with the customer service. You can arrange operator groups to control even more your customer service. And you can set the unavailable status to be automatic when you are away from the computer or the app. I love the integration with facebook because it´s one of our most reliable marketing tools so we can gather all the customers we get from Social Media directly to the Userlike tool. Analytics and other tools should be integrated in their teams plan or they should give those tools for teams that have less than ten operators. The configuration could be friendlier. L’assistance de Béa et Kristina, en français, pour leurs conseils commerciaux et techniques étaient de mises et compréhensibles, merci à elles. Concernant les fonctionnalités, celles-ci sont intéressantes du fait que l'on puisse connecter plusieurs sites web et réseaux sociaux sur le même Dashboard (L'autre version BETA d'un Dashboard est très prometteuse et déjà pas mal aboutie, vivement la version finale avec ces améliorations de productivité et connectivité.) D'autre par, la version standard première est agréable à travailler et bénéficie de toutes les options utiles pour un bon déroulement de gestion tchat.
Avant de nous lancer avec UserLike, nous avons pu profiter d'un rallongement de la période de démo,(non négligeable) afin de mieux cerner l'outil, le passant au banc d'essaie pour une intégration professionnelle chez B&C et sur tous nos support de communication Web, sans rencontrer de difficultés majeures. Une performance qui nous a fait gagner un temps considérable aux vues de nos exigences. Un temps d'adaptation court pour comprendre la solutions et la mettre en production direct avec le soutient LIVE de nos interlocuteurs UserLike.
