What do you like best about UserGems?

The feature I get the most value from is champion tracking. When a contact who already trusted us moves to a new company, UserGems flags it and I can reach out warm instead of cold, which has turned into real pipeline for us. The job-change data has been accurate enough that I trust the alerts.

The Salesforce integration is what made it stick. New gems show up against the right accounts automatically, so no manual list-pulling. Setup took a little coordination with our admin but onboarding was quick. It's not the cheapest tool we run, but warm intros close better than cold outbound, so the ROI works out. What do you dislike about UserGems?

The job-change data is reliable but sometimes lags by a few weeks, and the new company or title can be slightly off, so I double-check before reaching out. UserGems signal tracking, Gem-E AI-powered email writing, and outbound campaign orchestration with direct pushes to Outreach have all been insanely helpful for our team. What do you dislike about UserGems?

The UI can sometimes feel complicated, especially in the audience and persona builder sections. Filtering is also difficult because the only option is “and” filters, not “or” filters. Their approach to scoring is different from other vendors as it does not only score engagement but also actual customer traits.
