The migration from our previous system to this new one went seamlessly. Navigating the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it simple to follow. It has truly elevated our Wall display, allowing us to make real-time adjustments effortlessly to accommodate all of our business needs. We use it daily to show where our drivers are on one screen, and what jobs they must complete on another. We also have outages for our utility company posted up for employees walking by to see what needs work. All of these are from different screens on different computers and we can seamlessly remove or add screens as needed in real time. We have had nothing but compliments about the system we have built with Userful Infinity. The support during the migration process was amazing and they held our hand every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** We have had no issues with anything so far. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we had to connect a separate computer to each screen or use a mix of different products and platforms to get our Video Wall to function as needed. With this platform, all our requirements are now integrated in one place. We can connect as many computers as necessary to feed content to the video wall. Additionally, the multiple TVs on the wall operate as a single unit, allowing us to overlap and adjust the fit of every individual feed. This results in a setup for our wall display that is both easy to manage and highly functional. ### 2. Whether it's a live camera feed or a webpage, it’s simple to get it up and running using RTSP or HTTP streams. The software itself is pretty straightforward, so you don’t need to be super technical to figure it out. It’s a solid tool that helps us get things displayed quickly without a lot of hassle. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** One thing I wish they’d improve is the variety of streaming options. Right now, it mostly sticks to RTSP, and while that works, it would be great if they added support for other methods too. When uploading to the cloud, the processing time is very short with little to no delay once uploaded to the display(s). I appreciate the features provided to us, most importantly in my opinion, the ability to view what is currently displayed on any given TV provided it is connected to the Engage platform. In addition, training our staff on how to upload documents to the displays has been much simpler than previous projects. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** The most notable downside to me and my colleagues is the quality of some of the uClient adapters. Every once in a while, the adapter will show as offline despite still being connected to the platform and showing the correct information. In addition, some uClients lose connectivity, requiring us to contact the Userful folks. I like the event scheduler which allows us to rotate virtual displays and have them rotate around on the physical displays.The system makes things easy for us to add. We also have 4x 75-inch displays mounted together in a 2x2 format and Userful is able to easily make them into one big display which is awesome! **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** There's a few issues such as the scheduler not being able to turn on the TVs when scheduled, I think this is more of a supported model issue. We tried to use VM to manage them. It still works fine, but due to graphic card issues, we cannot actually create a video wall. We started with version 10.x and even build our AI on top of it to make it even better. The UI is very easy to use and stable. We use our Userful setup 24x7. The support team is very knowledgable and responsive. During and after deployement we experienced great support. We present static dashboards so had no issues with integrating to systems. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** Like stated, we build our own AI on the versions 10 & 11 to manage all screens, which we are now making compatible to Infinity as well. We mainly present static dashboards in NOC environment. After each server update we needed to manually log in all screens and now our AI takes care of this. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Videowall stability.
