I like the event scheduler which allows us to rotate virtual displays and have them rotate around on the physical displays.The system makes things easy for us to add. We also have 4x 75-inch displays mounted together in a 2x2 format and Userful is able to easily make them into one big display which is awesome! **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** There's a few issues such as the scheduler not being able to turn on the TVs when scheduled, I think this is more of a supported model issue. We started with version 10.x and even build our AI on top of it to make it even better. The UI is very easy to use and stable. We use our Userful setup 24x7. The support team is very knowledgable and responsive. During and after deployement we experienced great support. We present static dashboards so had no issues with integrating to systems. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** Like stated, we build our own AI on the versions 10 & 11 to manage all screens, which we are now making compatible to Infinity as well. We mainly present static dashboards in NOC environment. Keeping the RPis up and running and updated was challenging. Any changes that occured I would also need to figure out how to make everything work. Setup within the software itself was straightforward and Support helped a great deal. We love the cloud-based management interface and the flexibility to take in a huge range of sources. It's a great solution for our Network Operations Center. Our staff manage it easily and the system is reliable and useful. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** I wasn't thrilled with having to use one of their pre-specced HP towers when, as a Cloud provider, we have a huge range of compute resources available to us. If you're needing video capture cards obviously a physical host is required, but being able to virtualize the solution in our own farm would be ideal. Also, having a high throughout network is critical to reducing latency and keeping up frame rates. Our level III network engineer spent a great deal of time extending and optimizing our gigabit network to ensure the best performance on Useful. Support has been up and down in terms of responsiveness and effectiveness. We've had to fight some battles to get significant issues resolved and it sometimes takes far too many contacts to get the issue handled. That said, eventually they do step up and work to resolve our issues and ensure we're satisfied. We also were discouraged when asked for a very expensive renewal of an on-premise, perpetual license with incorrect device counts. When we purchased we opted for perpetual to avoid annual renewal costs but they are changing their pricing model with zero notice to us about the change or its implications.
