Userful was a great platform and allowed us to run content of any kind across 6 Displays at our office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform? When the license ran out we were told that Userful was fazing out the platform but they would charge us over $3,500.00 to continue to use the platform for a year. When purchased I was told that after the license ran out, we would continue to be able to natively use this product without support. We purchased the Hardware (computer) and licenses for the 6 zero client interfaces with that understanding. Three years later this entire setup is not only obsolete on the interface but has red letters generated across the screens "Unlicensed Version". We are now searching for a new interface for our office. It is unfortunate that Userful became Un-Userful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Almost 5K per year to run slide shows on seven displays in my restaurant. Non negotiable. Beware! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
