What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer subscribers to our product, access to 28k articles on behavioural insights, to help companies understand people. It's offering is unique and onboarding new users, showing them how to navigate, find articles that help, and get the most out of our product is complicated and time consuming for our onboarding staff.
With getuserFlow we were able to create lots of simple flows that dealt with complex requirements, such as checking if an element is present on the page. Where other onboarding tools could only check a URL pattern.
I could use it's rule engine IF... THEN... to deal with responsive pages where the content changed depending on the browser size.
We had a particularly complicated issue where some parts of our pages only show an action button once a user hovers a mouse over an image. With getUserFlow I was able to action some JavaScript within the flow to recreate this hover effect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
