The feedback quality could have been a bit better, but part of that lies within the company itself asking the correct questions. If Userfeel helped companies with some sort of question guide to provide audience direction, that could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userfeel?

I liked the targeting option. I could choose people by age, country, language etc. I also loved the fact that you got transcript from the whole testing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userfeel?

They didn't have many testers from Denmark (country I wanted to have) but when we targeted Netherland we got a lot of users. So beside that everything was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
