It is a very powerful plugin for wordpress and in my view the best one out there for user forms and registration, even with multistep forms and a lot of ways to customize the process. Also there are a lot of add-ons for pro-users so they got almost all important extension and customization covered.

I was really amazed by their customer support. It was very helpful und friendly. They even did bug fixes and feature request implementation really fast. I appreciate it very much.

Of course you only have to install the plugin, create your first form and you can start off by assigning the id to a wordpress page and you have your first account and register process configured. I am administrator (amateur) on the website Publkumsorkesteret.dk. My recent primary task was to update the whole site, which was very outdated. The most important thing was to upgrade the plugin User Registration to the newest Pro version. Very challenging for me. I asked User Registration for help and received the most fantastic guidance and support – especially from Uzwal. He not only guided me thoroughly through the whole process but also assisted me brilliantly directly on the site as helping administrator. One of the most important issues was to integrate the webside with MailChimp. Without his energetic help I would never have succeeded.
