The best thing about User Interviews is to be able to participate in research studies and provide valuable feedback. User Interviews is well setup and always improving its website and layout.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I dislike that User Interviews does not have an app. I would like to see the company introduce an app that could be downloaded on either Apple or Android. This would make it a better experience.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of researchers needing feedback on their products and ideas. It is benefiting me by earning incentives for my time and learning new things.

I like the variety of topics that you are able to provide feedback on. Anytime I complete a survey or interview I hope that it helps in creating better products or applications on the market.

Sometimes I feel I might be the perfect fit on a topic but then don't get selected to join the study. Thankfully there are always more for me to apply to.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have been several interviews I have completed related to baby products, applications, and food. Addressing this area is important to me as a mother of a 1 year old.

What I like best about User Interviews is the simplicity of signing up for the Interviews. The questionnaire mainly is fill-in answers rather than typing it out.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about User Interviews. I don't qualify for many of them, but I understand there are also many people who may be applying as well.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews is trying to gather research for many different topics. This benefits me because I realized my value at my current job position in a recent interview I completed. That made me feel more confident in my position.

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like that they send me a variety of surveys to complete to see if I qualify for studies. I do occasionally look on their site myself, but the majority of what I have filled out has come to my inbox. I also like how quickly incentives are sent out.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I often get put on wait lists but I don't think that is directly their fault. It seems like lots of people qualify for certain studies.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to find surveys and be matched with one's that make sense for me.

  ### 8. Easy Money and Easier Recruits

I like the simple and easy surveys one can do to get into a focus group

I appreciate qualities of appreciation of my time and receiving compliments for my work.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

At tunes, the topics seem dar fetched. The audience a company is looking for systems too exclusive to find. I would prefer if the homepage made better focus group offers based on my profile.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews streamlines the survey and focus group process to simpler surveys and much easier communication with the survey company. My business performance does not apply because I am a User.

I like the diversity of the studies. I have been on some cool interviews for some very interesting products. So I am learning a bit, providing valuable feedback and also being compensated.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

There are sometimes long screeners to be eligible for certain tests or interviews. Those screeners themselves can take a very long time to fill out and there's no compensation for the amount of time dedicated.

User Interviews is solving user experience problems as well as product development problems for those developing certain products or want legitimate feedback from a real and vetted users.

I like being able to help companies with new technologies and advancements in their products and businesses. I also appreciate the incentives that come with these studies.

I do sometimes wish I were able to access/ be accepted into more studies. On occasion I would hope to see what some of the qualifications might have been, also payments could be more clear at times.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not yet been particularly familiarized with all of the extraneous solutions that are improved as a result of using user interviews but I do know that it is beneficial.

  ### 11. User Interviews is a great way to help organizations improve their products and user experiences!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2023

User interviews provides a great way to help support other organizations improve their product experience. It gives us the opportunity to provide open and transparent feedback about what works well and where there are opportunities with a product, service or concept before it is finalized, so that the end user's experience is improved.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

There are times when studies are sent that are not relevant to the user, so it could be better streamlined. There are also times when a user is approved for a study, then when booking a time slot it says that the survey is full or at capacity.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to provide feedback based on my experiences to help enhance products and make a difference for the company rolling out their product design by adding that input.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The interviews are setup fairly easily and the compensation is done immediately most of the times ( based on the researcher) .
Clear communication can be had with the researcher if there is any query and also the availability. These are the major factors that work very well in User Interviews.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The downside in my opinion is the lack of researches at times , sometimes there will be lof of researches that we can apply to and at times there wont be any. Other than that , the functioning of the system has no issues.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem it solves is using people who are in the industry to have a feel of the product and its newer features and get insights on the ease of the functions and the user interface.

It's great because it allows me to earn income through gift cards on the side on my main job.

Not much tbh, probably would be nice to have choice of money into my account or a gift card. In some cases, I would gladly accept a lower reward if it meant the funds could go straight into my current account.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am working doing user interface assesments for a massive pool of cpmanies that then reward me for amy time. These can range from 20 minutes or 1 hour long face to face sessions.

It provides extra income and supplements income that is really helpful.

Finding reputable survey and panel opportunities can be an issue through other services. With User Interviews, I trust the service knowing that I will have proper communication, compensation, and follow-up as needed. I have been using User Interviews for a few years now! I love to share my opinion, and they make it really fun and easy to do that, while also being rewarding!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Sometimes there may be a lot of time in between studies and being chosen. They are particular about who they choose, and that isn't a bad thing! You have to be patient.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews solves problems by listening to the community and hearing our insights on different products, markets, and ideas. I get to contribute my input and feel valued for it.

It's helping me make a little bit of pocket money on the side! I've realized the benefits of easily applying for studies within my wheelhouse and area of expertise.

The number and quality of surveys you get to take part in are amazing. The web interface which allows you to view and apply for each study is great and the actual surveys are wonderful to take part it. Payment is always swift and I've never had an account issue with them.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Nothing, everything about the service is spot on.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company is matching up users with other business to help get answers to questions - mainly on how a piece of software or a website works - to make their products better.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott M. | Field Service Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I consistently match for different study's and surveys. It's a nice revenue stream. I use the money for my hobbies by getting Amazon gift cards but there's several different ways to get paid.

A plus is that the surveys are interesting and you get to give your insights. They are matched based on your personal knowledge.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I really like everything about user interviews. It's slow at first but the more you interact the faster you will start matching

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hmmm. It helps solve problems in an indirect way. Sharing is caring and someone can learn a lot by talking and brainstorming over a subject where there is at least basic experience.

  ### 22. Great pay... if you can qualify

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clarke L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

You get paid quickly for talking about things you are interested in, and they are many time slots you can choose from, making it available to virtually anyone.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

There aren't always that many studies that everyone will qualify for. Sometimes the interviewers are looking for very specific criteria and you don't always hear back if you don't qualify.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to make some extra spending money or for gift cards as an interviewee. I just provide my opinion on products I use or answer survey questions. I'm not a business.

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I love that it is real money for your time. I have tried some of the other "survey sites" to earn money and they give you a penny for your time, NO Thanks. I just added up what I have earned with User interviews over a 3 year period and it is right around 3,000$.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The least helpful are the alerts, you click and then the schedule is full...........this hasn't happened to me in a awhile, so they may have fixed this.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to the confirmation emails helping to keep me organized, finding opportunities to apply for studies is really simple. The feedback loop between users and researches is as straightforward as starting a chat conversation. Customer service is is friendly and prompt as well!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Sometimes it will take days for new opportunities to be added to my homepage.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Intwrviews is solving the problem of access to surveys and studies. Because they source the studies themselves and filter to the user, there are moments where I think full access could be beneficial.

**Reviewed by:** Kate P. | Change Management Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Sometimes when they send you an emailed invite to an interview, all of the slots have already been filled and the interview is full. This is inefficient for them and for me.

User Interviews connects companies and researchers with everyday people who can give them insight into their products or research programs (like me!)

I have had a really pleasant experience speaking with researchers and would recommend it to anyone.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I dislike that some interviewers are not as understanding, but I do understand these are on case by case basis. Oftentimes when I run into this feeling, it's becasue the researcher may have a cultural barrier.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to speak my truth and give honest feedback with no judgement. I ultimately feel very safe sharing my thoughts and opinions. It benefits me knowing that I can make changes to the products I truly enjoy.

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

This is great for people who are in business like I am, wanting to make extra money on the side.
There are surveys of many types for many people. The ones I found most useful and lucrative are the business ones geared at professionals. Some are not like that and geared towards other specific interests.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

There are not always enough surveys, and it's going to depend on what field you are in as to whether you get a lot of surveys that match or not. If you get lucky you will get a lot but it depends on you really.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to earn extra side income by answering surveys and getting online interviews. I get paid for answering things about topics relevant to my experince.

  ### 33. Excellent platform for researchers and consumers alike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emelyn C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

User Interviews is the best platform I have found so far for consumers who want to share their experiences about products and services they use, and get an incentive for their time as well!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The pre-interview qualification surveys are a bit clunky at times, and occasionally they are way too long and time-consuming to complete. If this were fixed, this would be the perfect platform.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User interview helps companies and startups discern whether there is a market for their product and get feedback on how to improve their products and services.

  ### 34. User interviews is the go to place

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

It's easy to always find surveys to apply for and they have a very great customer support

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I hate the fact that they don't validate if you carried out a session they should have their own video conferencing tool that validates you where at a session or not

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings me closer to my ideal customers and with them I am able to get great insight from my customers at the same time I can participate in surveys when I am less busy and I can learn about new things

  ### 36. Straightforward and enjoyable to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

It is enjoyable to have discussions and give honest feedback on products in various phases in exchange for tangible rewards. The User Interviews interface is straightforward to use and simple to understand.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The only downside is that it takes many tries of consistent application to be accepted into one paid study. But this is the nature of research; you will not be a fit for everything.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews allows researchers from companies of all sizes to access a base of people interested in sharing their opinions. This benefits me because I can share my thoughts in exchange for extra monetary rewards, and I can enjoy participating in stimulating conversations. It also provides insight into how good screeners and interviews are conducted (as a designer & researcher myself).

  ### 37. Great site to share opinions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I have been a part of review sites in that past but none compare to User Interviews. There's a variety of studies and formats plus you get paid almost immediately!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Can't say that I dislike User Interviews in any way. That being said it would be nice to be picked for more studies!

User Interviews provides a forum where researches can connect with everyday people and get opinions on their study. This benefits me by allowing me to have a voice in the development of different products and ideas.

**Reviewed by:** Alycia L. | Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The variety of topics that interviews are on, nice user interface/website layout. Clear communication regarding interview times/conditions. Quick and convenient payout options

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Sometimes I wish there were more studies I qualify for - I get screened out most of the time. Would also be nice to have the option to receive intentive payment by BACs rather than via a giftcard

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use User interviews as a participant, not as a business researcher. I suppose it helps researchers with having external opinions and looks at their products, ideas and services

  ### 40. Complicated made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jola M. | Head of Business Systems, Procurement and Planing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

  ### 41. Great way to earn!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kii C. | Teacher-Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I'm a regular participant in all sorts of studies and have never had any issues. There is a mix of one-off interviews and longer studies with more pieces. I've always been compensated promptly and without issue.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Occasionally I am repeatedly prompted to apply for studies that really aren't for me, even after I've said no thank you. I usually will just do the qualifier survey anyway so they'll stop asking.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews connects businesses and companies seeking feedback with consumers who can provide feedback. Consumers are always fairly compensated.

  ### 42. User Interviews is legit and GREAT!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Lots of User Interviews focus groups, one on one interviews and tests are really fun. I meet a lot of interesting people and get quite a bit of credits to use on things I need.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Honestly I've only had like one bad experience with a client who went overtime and kept asking for more feedback after the interview. But the UI staff really took care of it. Aside from that there was only one time it took awhile to get paid. But that again was on the client.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well they do a lot of online focus groups about all different products. And giving your honest opinion hopefully makes products you use better. It is addressing the ways to make something work and increase user friendly aspects.

  ### 43. You get money for doing tasks

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Records Management Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

It's great that you get updates about what studies are going on in the area.
I typically see studies that are in the $150-$250 range, which is definitely worth my time.

I like that there is such a wide variety of topics that a person can relate to and offer their opinions on. Once selected, the interviews are easy to schedule and your compensation time is quick.

I wish the requirements for some of the interviews were easier to ascertain. Sometimes the questions asked in the pre-application are to vague.

Sometimes it can be a while before there is a good study match.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that User interviews is so focused on business practices and I look forward to seeing how, with what they learn from others, they can improve business processes and lives in the future.

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

User Interviews is a professional organization to work with and I really like how they let me know when I get positive feedback from reseachers.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I wish User Interviews would provide instructions for joining a research meeting in the reminder emails they send. Seems like it would be simple to add and would save me from having to go find the original email I received when being selected for a study. :)

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews seems to be helping a lot of organizations perform professionally organized market research.

  ### 47. Good experience that allows me to help others.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I really like the ability to connect interviewers with interviewees? The platform allows you to narrow down to exactly the candidate that someone is looking for, in order to get the best experience.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

There is very little that I dislike. Most of it comes down to each interviewer, and how the questionnare form is built. A properly built one will return the best results and experience for everyone involved.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to share insight with others, learn about new products and contribute first-hand to new ones.

  ### 48. Excellent Source of Secondary Income

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I love that I can make money on my schedule, answering questions about products and topics I am interested in. I also think they have an excellent selection of gift card options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The only thing I dislike is that some companies that list on User Interviews ask 30 questions in their screeners, and you get no compensation if you are not chosen. I think User Interviews could require the companies on their site to product either small compensation for extremely long screeners, OR limit them to maximum 15 questions.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing me an opportunity to make extra income for participating in fun and interesting discussions. For me, it is solving the problem of a slow financial period in my business.

  ### 49. Fantastic, allows me to leverage previous experiences to make some extra money fairly frequently.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I enjoy user Interviews as it allows me to make extra money on my own schedule based on previous experiences. Typically the tasks are short and pay very well. A few have been for very interesting products where I'm required to share feedback based on the product, idea or my general insights.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Sometimes it can be hard to find a task that correctly matches my skillset, or they fill up before I can join. My only other complaint is that usually payment is a gift card, but they are typically for things I use fairly often.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally it allows me to discuss upcoming ideas or products to ensure they would fit my needs. It also provides a side income which is an amazing bonus.

  ### 50. Best rewarding website I've come across!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The fact that I get to learn a lot about studies and research done by various companies around the globe and that both the participant and the researcher benefits out of it!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything per se, probably just the selection process for studies could be a bit better since I don't get selected to all the studies I apply for. If I apply for 30 interviews, I get selected for 1. The chances are minimal but that's ok.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews is solving the problem of user opinions from various like minded individuals to collect opinions and build the product. It's basically a go to market strategy that is achieved for all the researchers to help improve their product or services.
