## User Interviews Reviews
  ### 1. Quick access to a lot of niche users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Finding participants for niche audiences that are harder to find.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Test organization. When I run a lot of projects, it makes it hard to sort through and manage them.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding niche audiences.

  ### 2. Decent product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The customer support team is generally very responsive and helpful

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

It is hard to find the information I need to get oriented to the system. It's not an entirely intuitive system (though many elements are intuitive). Non-configurability of the automated messages to respondents is kind of annoying.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining costumer communications and organizing meetings with customers. It takes some of the friction out of scheduling and disbursing and tracking incentives.

  ### 3. UI Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The compensation and scheduling features work well

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The UX requires a lot of repetitive clicks and is not adapted for repetitive workflows.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitates handling outreach, scheduling and compensation of participants.

  ### 4. Robust panel of users; could cater more to enterprises (observer rooms, slack integration, etc.)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I am able to reach a (kind of) tough to reach audience, so I was pleasantly surprised to connect with real humans that fit our criteria.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The software itself could cater more to enterprises - features like observer rooms, a slack integration, or even a dashboard with research stats would be appreciated. The software itself is relatively easy to use.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a panel to recruit from, coordinating recruting effort, taking care of user incentives

  ### 5. Helpful platform so far

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like the interface and it was easy to set up my screener.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

We had a difficult onboarding process which could be helped with more guidance on setting up once we went through sales. Also, we have had a few participants squeak through our screener, which I can't tell if that can be avoided. However, we have had good experiences with our support we have been offered.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are interviewing analysts to validate our assumptions about what their workflow looks like. This helps us by tailoring our product to fit their specific needs and pain points.

  ### 6. Very useful for conducting surveys

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Can do unmoderated and moderated interviews to get both qualitative and quantitative feedback

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

UI for adding participants and launching study is not immediately obvious

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving quantitative data on how users are using my product

  ### 7. Excellent for recruitment, though interface could be improved slightly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Easy to find high quality and engaged participants

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Interface is a bit clunky at times. For example, you have to mark participants "not a fit" one at time, rather than in bulk. Furthermore, when specifying industries in the recruitment criteria, you have to do so one by one instead of multiple at a time (especially when the industries are the same between projects).

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy recruitment, high quality participants

  ### 8. Some of the functionality could be improved.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keena B. | Sr Experience Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like the feature that makes it easy to copy over projects.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

1. I don't like that I cannot easily edit my critera after I launch the project. 2. It really needs to have AND / OR for some of the demographics. So for example, if I want people who speak either French or German, I have to make a separate project. Why can't I just get people who speak one of the other? If I select French and German, they'll need to speak both.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the User Interviews panel benefits me.

  ### 9. Great experience at User Interviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Easy to find interviewees that align with my requirements.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Sometimes there are fake interviewees who really waste my time and money.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer service is really great.

  ### 10. First time user. Great research platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I thought the platform was easy to use. The staff was very helpful in getting my first study up and running. My questions were answered or a video chat was scheduled within 24 hours. Good recruits. The respondants were good quality, articulate and tech savvy. My interviews worked great on my own Teams platform. Pretty easy to add a few extra interviews befor closing the project

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I personally would like to be able to call tech support directly. There was only an email / chat option.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopping habits

  ### 11. Easy to use and versatile recruitment platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karrie K. | Project Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I've used User Interviews as the sole platform for research participant recruitment for the past 6 months. I LOVE the tool so much as it is the key product I use for recruiting participants. 1) the platform is intuitive and so easy to navigate 2) the pool of customers on the platform is huge so we always able to fulfil the recruitment requirement 3) the customer service is superb!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Since the support team based in the US, the only disadvantage of that is we often need to wait overnight for a response (we based in AU).

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to recruit a wide range of participants frequently for different teams and buisness units on a daily/weekly basis. User Interviews is a great tool to allow me fulfil all the ask within days!

  ### 12. Critical to my job as a product manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I love that I can connect my Google calendar to User Interviews, that they send reminder emails on my behalf, that UI handles distributing incentives. UI having these setup features and handling the admin side affords me the time to focus on the actual user interview questions and research!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I wish it was easier to add optional guests to my calendar invites, or to make the calendar invites default visibility (instead of defaulting to private) so that my colleagues can see what I'm up to and join if they want without an invite.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a product manager, I need to talk to customers to understand their pain points and how they're using our product. Being able to either pull users from the UI bank, or upload my own targeted CSV is perfect!

  ### 13. B2B Recruitment and quality participants for a hard to reach audience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marni Z. | Staff UX Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I have worked with them to help recruit a challenging B2B audience. They have helped with recommendations and pushing the campaigns. I tend to get really good quality participants that I need for my projects. Their support is timely and helpful and I find that product easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The rate of no-shows can sometimes be on the higher side and I have often approved participants and then they never select a session, so that can be disappointing.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Theyn are able to source great participants for a challenging B2B audience.

  ### 14. Incredibly fast recruiting for onsite user testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Briana L. | Product Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I was impressed with how quickly we received qualified candidates for our onsite interviews in Costa Mesa, CA. I was worried about getting enough folks who met our qualifications and lived locally, but we had more than enough candidates within 12 hours of launching our project.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I would love to see a mobile app to manage testing on the go. The mobile website isn't great for this.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding qualified candidates for onsite interviews quickly

  ### 15. Easy and convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie T. | Market Research Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

We have been recruiting participants for market research the old-school way for years. Post-pandemic this has become increasingly challenging. My first project with User Interviews was for a niche B2B recruit and I was able to source all participants within 3 business days. I was blown away!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I have not found anything to be lacking yet.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews is helping us recruit qualified participants in an efficient and cost effective manner.

  ### 16. Great tool to get and incentivise respondents

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

It's easy to use and intuitive. Overall with general population there is a good incidence rate and also show up rate, of course depending on how much your incentive is. Overall easy to use and fast for participant incentivation

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

If you need industry specific respondents or niche (like language elarners subscribed to certain platform) might be difficult and slow to get respondents. The screener build up is not very much sofisticated, so you need to be very creative (e.g. no pipe in, for instance), there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the screener setup (you could look into something like Qualtrics)

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting respondents that fit criteria for general populatio profile, incentive of participants using external recruitment

  ### 17. Quick turnaround and high quality candidates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naman M. | Product lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Recruiting is extremely easy with UserInterviews. The candidates are of high quality. You can define the profile of candidates you are looking for, in good details. It is seamless to schedule interviews once you connect your calendar and rewards are automatically sent out.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Not anything specific. I guess the communication between candidates and interviewee can be made richer but ideally you don't need that if the product works.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User research for product development

  ### 18. Easy to use, and well-integrated

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Easy to use, mostly because it was already integrated into our tools (Google Calendar, Zoom). It also helped that some of our teammates had already created other projects which we used as templates for our own, and they also helped onboard us into the process.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Adding other project members to the same project was a bit tricky at the beginning. Also we somehow needed to distribute incentives manually, not sure if this was an implementation quirk on our end.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly managing the recruitment side of our research program

  ### 19. Easy to Use, Great for UXR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoey Z. | Lead Operations, Implementation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Very simple to set up and get started. I needed to create and keep track of my interviewees by segments and more, and be able to easily give incentives. They made in painless.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The new update had some getting use to, but their team is so responsive and they are great at responding, just changing for the older users is always a learning curve but no real complaints.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of when I interviewed last, segmenting users, incentives given easily and billing options as well as creating interview links for various projects to keep track of all in one spot.

  ### 20. Gift card payments for sharing opinions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

What's been most helpful to me about user interviews is that I get paid with gift cards.
I love this payment type. I always chose the Amazon gift card because I am able to stock pile them within my Amazon wallet. Doing this really helps out at Christmas time with shopping.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Recently I filled out a user interview survey for an in person study in Boston. I qualified but i determined that the incentive was just not worth while for me for the travel. (The researcher was only offering $25) I reached out to Chris about it.
He said that's okay that I don't need to follow through with it if I don't want to.
Well for a couple of months following that interaction I still recieved reminders almost everyday via email and text reminding me to pick a time slot. It got a bit annoying because I already declined.
This is an area user interviews can work on and improve.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I dont have any business problems for user interviews to solve.
The researchers however benefit from receiving my opinion and I benefit for receiving gift cards.

  ### 21. Easy to use platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desirae C. | Senior Project Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The self serve feature to program screeners and launch my projects makes UI an easy choice. Participants are enthusiastic and responsive. It's also nice that fully participant profiles are captured desipte qualification status as this allows us to pick holds for our clients to review.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The programming capabilites are limited. They have expanded in recent years by adding skip logic, but the inability to track embedded data on the backend creates a need for alot of manual segmentation and checking on the backend once profiles are pulled.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews help supplement my recruiting. This is particularly beneficial when I'm targetting geo specific recruitments. The platform also moves fast which allows me to stay within my timelines.

  ### 22. User interview recruitment that’s painless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve A. | Head of Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The speed by which I can submit a research project and get qualified candidates. I'm often running research sessions within 24 hours of submitting my project.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Pricing of the research hub is quite steep. We used to have this included in our subscription, but it was removed at some point along the way.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to run generative and usability research. It helps with challenges across the research ops stack - recruitement, scheduling, tracking, and payment.

  ### 23. Using userinterviews to conduct market research for my project was a great idea

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Project support response time is quick, and they are able to support you through any issues
I really liked having a the customer success manager assigned to my project. It gave me a contact that I could reach out to with any issues or to provide additional guidance
Everyone I've worked with has been super helpful in providing support and expertise on the best ways to successfully complete my market research

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I'd want more dynamic integration of reporting tools so I don't have to perform my analysis manually in excel. I'd like to be able to see results of my survey real time in User interviews

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conducting market research quicker and more efficiently
Recruiting the right user population

  ### 24. Efficient platform for user recruiting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The way the platform lets you creating criterias and surveys to gather user groups for sessions and the reach you get for users.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The user interface has some limitations and can be a bit confusing with ease of use. I wish there were more options of setting up scheduling in a smoohter way (having users suggest spots for instance). User pool can be a bit varying, would be good to get an indication before sending off the project and waiting for matches.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding relevant users while saving time

  ### 25. Can find some quality responses for some projects, others not so much.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin V. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like their interface and ease of use to create a qualifier survey. Their fees seem to be in line with over all alternatives to recruitment.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

We have not had success with some niche industries that they claim to have on their panel. Some of our recruitments have been very disappointing.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They can help us automate recruitment for some of our research surveys.

  ### 26. An invaluable research tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

When relying on User Interviews to help with recruitment for our research, all we need to know is who I'm looking to speak with. The process is easy. Communication with the User Interviews team is swift and professional. They are available to troubleshoot and assist as needed.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Cost adds up and doesn't always makes sense for more easily found matches.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a researcher, it is extremely helpful in connecting our company with qualified candidates all over the country and beyond.

  ### 27. Great for the evolution of the UX maturity of your company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy M. | UX Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

You can start smal and grow your research efforts with comprehensive and attractive pricing, I use it almost every weeks for my research efforts. The UI is intuitive and the customer support will help you out fast in case of question.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The research CRM is no longer free and is less accessible than before. It has great value if you have a large database of participants.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews is solving the organization and payouts for participants with a single point of contact and billing.

  ### 28. Great panel resource for MR!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

The platform is easy to use. I can create a new project easily and I typically get qualified respondents within just a couple of hours!

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

The screener creation tool is pretty simple, but lacks a few features. I would like to have the ability to program a little more complex routing and drive them to a specific group time instead of having to create 2 different jobs, or use the double screening feature to complete the screening with potential respondents.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews offers us the ability to complete recruiting projects when our own research panel isn't quite enough.

  ### 29. I used it for my academic work.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankolika D. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like that everything is automated, and things are in place for getting a perfect sample.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Things are barely intuitive. Everything is only understood after already doing it.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think getting a very specific sample is simpler.

  ### 30. User Interviews is a fantastic resource for researchers and participants alike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lyndsay K. | Director of Insights and Experimentation, Market Research, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

User Interviews allows for researchers to pick the absolute best candidates for projects. Their panels are well vetted, with options for double screening, and their processes for recruitment allow researchers to have control as well as flexibility.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

No downsides I've seen! I only wish there was even more opportunities

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User interviews gives me access to people I need, and allows me to hand select the best and most diverse options.

  ### 31. Easy, intuitive platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

It's pretty easy to set up a survey and outreach emails, and I like that scheduling is quick because the platform connects directly to your work calendar.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I wish it were easier to customize the number of emails you want to send and the designs of the emails. We use the platform for different purposes, so having that flexibility would take this tool to the next level.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me organize customer reach out

  ### 32. They are very responcive to my emails/messages

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like the diversity of the site and how user-friendly it is

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I would like to be able to have respondents upload photos or be able to add photos of products to my screeners

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They supply respondents for our research studies

  ### 33. Fantastic end-to-end panel recruiting tool for use in-house

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2025

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

User Interviews brings together a high quality panel with tools that are easy to get up and running to recruit and run your own research from said panel.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Their tooling for doing the same sort of thing with your own users/customers is a bit rough around the edges, but still seems to be an area of focus for them in terms of future roadmap improvements.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User Interviews gives us the ability to source high quality, B2B participants in an ultra rapid turnaround time to fuel interviews and surveys internally.

  ### 34. YMMV depending on the type of users you need

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

User Interviews is my research assistant. It handles recruiting, payments, scheduling...all things that take away from doing research.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

User Interviews is only as good as its participant pool and unfortunately, that is mixed. I've had participants who were not in the required country. We are a US-based company and we need US participants. Somehow non-US participants slip through. I also need a specialized population of underrepresented professionals in User Interviews. I'd estimate a good 15% of UI interviews I have conducted had to be thrown out because the participant wasn't a good fit. With my non-UI partipants, it's less than 5%.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruting, scheduling, and payments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Recruitment is rapid and population of gen pop participants is fairly diverse. Saves me a lot of time as a scrappy department lead.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Participant screening is so-so. I'll often get spoofers from other countires pretending to fit the experimental criteria which throws off the data and can result in paying some participants for no valuable insights.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Locating reliable participants is usually expensive, time-consuming, or both. UI cuts those logisitical concerns down, allowing researchers to get straight to work

The UX is intuitive and the tool makes me feel confident throughout the process of recruiting, previewing and managing interviews.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I need to use other tools to start the synthesis of the interviews. It would be great if User Interviews utilized AI to pull out insights or reporting about the interviews. How could User Interviews support me when I'm finished interviewing customers and moving to the next step?

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of recruiting and managing customer interviews all in one tool.

  ### 41. User Experience Researcher at large tech company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

I like the user interface of UI. Most importatntly, I like the fact that researchers have extended control through double screening. My team's ReOps created templates for moderated and unmoderated studies on UI, which makes it very convenient for us to implement adn integrate. Our team uses UI more frequently than other tools such as UserTesting, and we have found the participant quality to be higher.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I wish researchers could message participants BEFORE accepting and inviting them to schedule a session. I have not yet tested out UI's customer support feature, so I don't have anything to add there.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping my team quickly and efficiently recruit customers while MAINTAINING PARTICIAPANT QUALITY!

The UI can take some getting used to.

I wish the screener questions would be numbered in the editor it caused a little confusion when I create screeners.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FAAAAAAAAAAAR quicker turn around time for getting research projects completed. Otherwise it takes 2-3 weeks trying to wrange people.

  ### 45. Genuinely impressed by User Interviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

Made putting together a dozen conuer research interviews really easy. Came up the learning curve on how to set up screeners and use the tools very quickly. Participants I found were mostly on point, and there weren't a lot of professional survey takes to weed through. Interface made managing the calls and incentive payouts pretty straightforward. Will use again.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

Didn't receive an abundance of prospecive participants, making it challenging to fill my last few spots. Feels like they cap the responses once you get about 2x qualified participants to the slots you need to fill.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Source and manage 1:1 interviews

**What do you like best about User Interviews?**

My favorite thing about User Interviews is the ability to quickly recruit qualified candidates from a nationwide pool.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

I wish User Interviews had more logic/screener options. Sometimes I have to alter my screener to accomodate the logic structures within the platform.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so helpful for nationwide recruiting! When we recruit in person, we don't get the same breadth of recruit.

It is helpful to manage participants recruitment adn scheduling UR sessions.

**What do you dislike about User Interviews?**

it's not flexible enough, I think. I need to have the flessibility to delete some of the communication messages. Sometimes, communication happens outside UserInterviews adn I don't want emails to be repeated. I could not find a way on how to 'delete' messages.

**What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing recruitment and scheduling sessions
