User.com is great in many ways, not least with their customer support and willingness to help out. Overall, this is a one stop shop for so many things so for me, I like the fact that user.com offers so many solutions to so many problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve can be sharp at the start and some of the tutorials are a bit out of date, but these are nitpicking! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering User.com:

Give it a go, and give yourself the time to adjust to the learning curve (it isn't that bad!). I had multiple sessions for different elements of the tool so my understanding increased bit by bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is User.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Turn off Segment.io support without notification and blame it on a server-crash"
