**What do you like best about Positive User?**

I appreciate Positive User's DACH-region tailored GDPR framework combined with highly customizable B2B drip workflows, which are ideal for our building materials sales operation in Germany. The built-in German privacy compliance tools save a lot of my time, as every email includes a compliant preference center link. The system logs any changes to communication preferences and automatically updates send lists, removing the need for manual list cross-checking. Also, I love that the platform allows me to tag contacts based on consent scope, and build segmented automation workflows for different business types like residential renovation firms, commercial construction contractors, and architecture studios. The dashboard's ability to show engagement metrics like document downloads and meeting sign-ups is very helpful for identifying high-intent leads. Additionally, I value the simple, exportable campaign performance reports formatted for German internal review standards, which make organizing and archiving engagement data efficient.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

To start, its contact data matching logic is unreliable when importing new contractor leads from our offline tender events. When I upload fresh architect and builder contact lists collected at construction expos, the system cannot automatically merge duplicate entries that share the same company name or business email. I have to manually scan thousands of imported records to delete repeats one by one, which takes up a large chunk of my workday during peak event seasons. Many competing marketing tools feature auto-deduplication, a feature Positive User is missing entirely. Second, the automation workflow builder lacks flexible conditional triggers tailored to B2B sales cycles. Our business relies heavily on quote follow-ups and tender deadline reminders, yet Positive User cannot launch follow-up emails based on custom data tags pulled from our quotation records. If a contractor receives a bulk price list but does not submit a project inquiry, I cannot set multi-layered delayed reminders tied to project timelines; I’m limited to fixed 3-day or 7-day send intervals with no custom variable logic.

Positive User solves GDPR compliance issues and boosts targeted B2B outreach. It automates preference management, eliminating regulatory risks, and allows segmented campaigns, improving lead quality. The platform consolidates performance tracking, helping refine strategies effectively.

**What do you like best about Positive User?**

I appreciate how User.com combines CRM, marketing automation, and GDPR-compliant data management all in one platform, which is perfect for our gaming studio. It’s intuitive to build user segments based on in-game behavior, and the automation workflows let us personalize player communication at scale without needing a large team. The fact that it’s built with European data standards in mind also gives us peace of mind handling player and client data in Germany. It integrates smoothly with our game analytics and internal tools, allowing us to pull in player behavior data in real time and create highly specific automations without developers. The live chat and customer messaging features are also very stable, making support faster for both our players and B2B training clients.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

The automation builder can be slow to load when setting up complex player journeys, and some advanced segmentation logic requires more clicks than necessary. We’ve also noticed that push notification delivery can be inconsistent on certain mobile platforms, and reporting for in-game event funnels isn’t as detailed as we’d like. More detailed reporting focused on player lifecycle funnels would be really helpful. We’d also like more flexible custom event tracking that works natively with game engines like Unity, without extra API setup. The email template editor feels a bit outdated compared to other marketing tools — it could be more modern and responsive for gaming-style newsletters and announcements. GDPR documentation could also be more centralized.

I use User.com to unify player data and communication, reducing player churn with automated re-engagement. It streamlines B2B lead tracking and personalizes messages for GDPR compliance without extra work.

**What do you like best about Positive User?**

I really like User.com because it's an all-in-one, deeply connected marketing automation platform. It unifies customer data, campaigns, chat, and analytics in one cohesive system, which means we don't have to stitch together separate tools. The connected nature of User.com is truly valuable for our marketing automation team as it addresses the pain point of tool sprawl and disconnected data. Instead of using multiple platforms for email marketing, live chat, user tracking, segmentation, automation, and reporting, everything is integrated into one system. This provides us with complete and real-time user profiles and enables cross-channel automation workflows right out of the box. Plus, the initial setup was surprisingly straightforward and fast for our team.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

The workflow builder, while easy to use, lacks some advanced branching and trigger options for very complex customer journeys. For example, more granular time delays, multi-path automation, and real-time event triggers would help us build more sophisticated lifecycle sequences without workarounds. We often need to build journeys with multiple parallel paths based on user behavior, custom fields, lead score, or engagement level. Right now, complex 'if/then/else' scenarios require stacking multiple basic workflows instead of handling them cleanly in one visual flow. More flexible branching would let us manage full lifecycle automations in a single, easy-to-maintain workflow.

User.com unifies customer data and automates marketing tasks, saving time on manual work. It enhances personalization at scale and combines insights into a single dashboard, improving engagement and conversion rates.

**What do you like best about Positive User?**

What really stands out for me is the incredible support — it’s fast, friendly, and consistently reliable. I’ve always felt well looked after. Beyond that, the platform makes creating automations super easy, which saves a lot of time and hassle. Setting up marketing campaigns is also quick and straightforward — you can get things up and running in no time. I use the platform regularly, and it’s become a key part of our day-to-day marketing operations.
Integrating it with our existing tools was also surprisingly smooth, with minimal technical effort required. From powerful email marketing to a full-featured CRM and smart user tracking, everything works smoothly together. It’s an all-in-one solution that just makes sense — and makes your marketing feel effortless.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

I won’t deny that we ran into some issues with automation when we first started using the tool. Our team also faced some challenges getting things set up. But the good news is — every problem was resolved with the help of the support team. They were responsive and worked with us to sort everything out.

**What do you like best about Positive User?**

We are using User.com to build automations, marketing, and send push notifications to the users. The interface of the platform is simple, and clean. You don't need to be a Dev to start using User.com as it can be used by anyone like me (I'm not a Dev). It is easier to integrate with other platforms, and the customization options are great, email and push notifications delivery is good.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

No issues, but we are not using it for a live chat support. Because, the Live Chat widget has some bugs, and reported by our clients frequently, so we have started to use another platform live chat support.

**What problems is Positive User solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using User.com to send promotional emails, and push notifications to our users. Since it's all available in the same platform, we can able to save time by completing such tasks.

It should be noted that User.com's interface is extremely user-friendly and simple for everyone to use, comprehend, and learn.
The tools provided by User.com make it more simpler and more flexible to create and schedule posts across various marketing channels.
Responds and answers emails from viewers promptly. You may use it to control your Gmail accounts as well.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

Due to the various post and ad processing, the workflow and processing time are slightly impacted. Regular programme updates might help with this.

**What problems is Positive User solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The advice and tactics provided by User.com are really helpful in increasing lead generation and identifying excellent and loyal customers for our company. It was created for us to boost productivity and sales. 
The simple live chat function was excellent since it allowed us to communicate directly with clients or other team members about projects.

**What do you like best about Positive User?**

I believe that the first important point I would like to mention is support. The company's support works very well and I've always been very well attended; The ease of creating automations is a very important factor; Marketing campaigns are easily created and quickly put to use.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

I won't deny that many problems with automation started when using the tool. But all the problems were solved together with the support team; Our team also struggled to implement actions.

**What problems is Positive User solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing completely new automations, it was much easier for us to implement new marketing campaigns, which saved time and money. Today it is a fundamental tool for the company's marketing

**What do you like best about Positive User?**

It has many useful features - all-in-one. That's really great so you don't have to worry about how to connect them. 
Customer support is amazing, I love their staff starting from Sales and ending with customer support personnel.

**What do you dislike about Positive User?**

Our team of 100 people has been using User.com for 5 months now. We spent a lot of time and resources integrating User.com with our process and tools. But we had to move away from User.com. That's why:
- UX is terrible, even for experienced support people it's hard to navigate or find something, yes we used Intercom and Zendesk so we can easily compare them;
- complicates very simple processes, so we always had to look for ways to overcome them or spend much more time solving them, instead of focusing on providing excellent support to our customers;
- it provides so many features, but they are all basic or limited, so we usually had to think about how to create another workaround for the missing thing in User.com instead of doing our job;
- hidden charges for attached files in letters/chats, this information is not on their pricing page. It is possible to pay an additional $1,000 per year, but if it costs $4,000 per year and that amount increases every month, we cannot accept it;
- they are totally unfair or flexible, on the first day of the month we deleted our account but they charged us for the whole month. We do not use their tool, why is it so difficult to return the money?

It provided Live chat, and automation for our marketing emails and campaigns (btw, automation is quite good in the market). And of course, we have used its CRM to work with our clients.
