I think it shoud all be one interface. Also when I got a document to sign in Bamboo, there is a comment box below it and when I wrote something there it wasn't answered. With regards to competitors, I don't think many companies exist that do this **What do you dislike about Plane?** Pilot has the ability to allow companies to rent offices in locations without being officially incorporated, which can be a better alternative over co-working spaces for example. However the 20% cut it takes is quite a lot and is a deterrent **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think it is difficult for companies to hire outside their home country, so Pilot solves that problem easily by ensuring they can hire while remaining compliant with local laws ### 32. I like that it puts the payment requests back in the hands of the contractors and relieves the employer of tracking hours on a daily/weekly basis. **What do you dislike about Plane?** Some minor usability features could be improved (some have been updated already - thank you!). These features include allowing managers to view contracts even if they are not a company admin and allowing managers to turn elements of payment requests on/off or mandatory/not mandatory (invoices, date range, comments). **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary issue Plane is solving is the elimination of wiring fees.
