What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having data interoperability across all SaaS platforms is a necessity for any SaaS business. It increases user satisfaction & retention by at least 10%. Paragon realized all of those benefits for us & is now part of a key onboarding piece of our software.

Their technology is very mature & advanced for any beginner with a basic understanding of software development could pick it up in lesser time.

I love how they solved for the most frequently in-demand integrations like Slack, Intercom, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. where most of our users are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paragon?

It is effortless to get set up and running. Integrating the plugin into the app doesn't take too long. The configuration portal provided to the user looks great and saved us a lot of UX development time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

The company is still young so some basic functionality is still missing. For example, there aren't multiple workspaces so we can't separate dev & prod data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no option to create a function and share it between the workflows so you need to duplicate it every time, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-It's very simple and easy to use. We can just emit events in our applications, and Paragon handles the hairy APIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
