Integrations can be implemented programmatically via API or by using graphical workflows, and particularly the graphical workflows are exceptionally easy to set up and maintain. Paragon shines with its technical and customer support. The team was exceedingly knowledgeable about the product and common use cases. They spent time understanding my requirements, gave me space to explore on my own, and responded to my ad hoc questions with urgency. We made a feature request, and Paragon responded quickly with a timeline they achieved.
The product works well. The workflow builder makes building and testing new integrations easy. We shipped three integrations in a very condensed timeframe with Paragon's product and support.

We are using Paragon's Salesforce integration for our app at the moment and it has been a big time saver. They even added support for sandbox environments when we requested it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Both my engineering team and I love Paragon and its focus on developers as it builds out an amazing integrations platform. The SDK and documentation are top-notch which makes it phenomenal to work with and the team is super responsive. After having tried a ton of a number of different integration platforms as well as having built systems in-house, we've landed on Paragon and we haven't looked back.
