"Effortless OAuth integration at scale with Paragon"
5/5
What do you like best about Paragon?

Paragon makes it incredibly easy to add and manage OAuth-based integrations, saving us months of engineering effort. The prebuilt connectors and consistent APIs abstract away the complexities of individual providers, letting us focus on building user-facing features instead of dealing with auth flows, token refreshes, and rate limits. The team ships updates fast, and their customer support is quite responsive. We've always received timely, helpful answers whenever we've hit a roadblock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

Paragon currently acts as a direct proxy to third-party integration platforms, which works well for standard OAuth flows — but it lacks deeper visibility into each provider’s API surface. In the long run, I believe Paragon will need to support richer metadata like API documentation, available endpoints, and request/response schemas for each integration. This would enable more dynamic and self-serve integration capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paragon Enables Impactful GTM for Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Paragon?

As a product strategist, I like how Paragon enables the rapid development and deployment of integrations across categories, making taking a full marketplace of integrations to market much more impactful. As a product marketer, I like how easy Paragon makes it to create and manage custom integration messaging for each integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

I think Paragon could help enable more streamlined partner/integration marketing by housing some level of partner marketing guidelines for their integrations. For example, scraping SFDC partnership pages and generating a set of guidelines that I, as a Paragon user, can leverage to better understand usage limitations more easily. The process to determine those at scale is arduous and challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Integration, Yet Complex Logic Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Paragon?

I find Paragon's interface intuitive, which makes it easy to build integrations. I also appreciate that it supports a lot of integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

It's hard to do complex integrations with tricky logic in Paragon, as it's mostly best for straightforward integrations. Also, I wish it didn't always require a valid test account to do a lot, because sometimes I'd like to just test off of an example table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing to speed up our roadmap"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paragon?

Paragon has completely transformed how we handle integrations across our tech stack. What stands out most is their extensive library of pre-built connectors that covers virtually every major SaaS platform we work with. The platform's intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes complex integration workflows accessible even to non-technical team members, which has significantly reduced our dependency on development resources.

The real-time monitoring and error handling capabilities are outstanding: we get instant visibility into data flows and can quickly identify and resolve any issues. Their API documentation is comprehensive and well-structured, making custom integrations straightforward when needed. The platform's scalability has been impressive as we've grown from handling hundreds to thousands of daily transactions without any performance degradation.

What really sets Paragon apart is their commitment to innovation. They consistently roll out new features (Action Kit) and connectors based on market demands, and their support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The webhook management system is particularly robust, and the data transformation tools are powerful yet user-friendly.

Overall, Paragon has enabled us to create seamless data flows between our applications while maintaining high security standards and compliance requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

While the platform handles most integration scenarios well, some very niche or legacy system integrations occasionally require more custom development work than initially anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick to Launch, Easy to Use, and Excellent Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Paragon?

Paragon makes it incredibly easy and fast to launch new integrations, with a wide variety available to choose from. The platform is quick and intuitive to use, and their support team is excellent, always responsive and eager to help. We use Paragon for the majority of our integrations, and it’s played a big role in keeping our customers happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

When a workflow fails for a customer, the error messages could be more informative. At times, I need to reach out to support to identify the exact cause, when ideally the details could be made visible to us directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Setup Speed But Early Issues"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Paragon?

I appreciate that Paragon allows us to set up integrations quickly, enabling us to launch new integrations efficiently. It simplifies the process for our users by eliminating the need for third-party vendors like Zapier or Make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paragon?

I found the setup process for Paragon to be a bit challenging because it required us going through the sales department, which is quite a hassle. They present the setup as very straightforward and easy, but we encountered some bugs on their end that caused doubts about the reliability of the platform. Although the system now works, we might consider managing integrations independently. Currently, we don't use Paragon very heavily, as we've set it up and adopted a 'set and forget' approach.
