And because there are several CRMs, and several productivity tools out there, it´s unfeasible to integrate all of them one-by-one. You get their SDK inside your app, a simple callback, popup comes up, user gives the permissions, you're ready to talk with the external platform. You get to spare yourself a good deal of headaches **What do you dislike about Paragon?** Well, the error messages are not always helpful (or at least they didn't use to be, it's been months since I had to integrate Paragon in my product). Also I didn't find a straightforward way to check whether an integration is active. As a startup, we needed to be able to prove out a direct integration with Salesforce and HubSpot in order to move potential clients forward in the sales process, and having Paragon step in and get us up and at MVP within a week was absolutely stellar. **What do you dislike about Paragon?** So far, nothing. I do think the company is a bit young and has a few small bugs in the system, but their support more than makes up for it to a degree where it was still the obvious right choice for us. I would rather have a bug with tier-1 support (that implements a workaround for us immediately over a phone call) than an established enterprise that makes me wait a week, pay extra for time, or submit a ticket to the community. **What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** DegreeSight is integrating our higher ed enrollment operations solution directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, etc. in order to optimize our partners' overall workflow.
