Besides that, they are good listeners and actually created some features for us after some feedbacks. Your integration requires a webhook? I was shocked how well it was done - they manage the entire lifecycle of it letting you trigger from the vendor itself. I think we made a good decision and we are eager to see where they take the product forward **What do you dislike about Paragon?** Their workflow engine is on the slow side, I'd rather use the proxy option they have to trigger apis **What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Building integrations takes time, managing tokens and refresh are hell - this is the main pain, not to do it myself. The 2nd pain is custom UI to configure the integration, might be easier in the AI era but still, would rather not do ### 2. The real-time monitoring and error handling capabilities are outstanding: we get instant visibility into data flows and can quickly identify and resolve any issues. Their API documentation is comprehensive and well-structured, making custom integrations straightforward when needed. The platform's scalability has been impressive as we've grown from handling hundreds to thousands of daily transactions without any performance degradation. What really sets Paragon apart is their commitment to innovation. They consistently roll out new features (Action Kit) and connectors based on market demands, and their support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The webhook management system is particularly robust, and the data transformation tools are powerful yet user-friendly. Overall, Paragon has enabled us to create seamless data flows between our applications while maintaining high security standards and compliance requirements. **What do you dislike about Paragon?** While the platform handles most integration scenarios well, some very niche or legacy system integrations occasionally require more custom development work than initially anticipated. **What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data Silos and Manual Work: We were drowning in manual data entry between our CRM, marketing tools, and accounting software. Paragon eliminated all that tedious copy-paste work and connected everything automatically. Now when a lead converts, it flows seamlessly through our entire tech stack without anyone lifting a finger. Developer Bottlenecks: Every integration used to require our dev team for weeks.
