The platform's ease of use and its intuitive drag-and-drop workflow UI make it extremely simple for our engineering team to set up and start using in just a day, with minimal effort. The support team is excellent, and we greatly appreciate the clear and functional dashboard. Paragon has made it possible for us to focus on higher-level tasks while it handles the complex details of integration. Once we set up the first integration, adding more becomes incredibly fast, which has significantly boosted our growth. The platform is also highly reliable, ensuring that API calls and data sync operations are consistently executed without issues. It's been a crucial part of our journey as a startup, and I can't recommend it enough. **What do you dislike about Paragon?** We loved the platform and have very few complaints, but the one thing we'll say is as we've had to make our integrations more and more customizable and robust over the years, we've had to start bringing some of them in-house. We wish there was even more customization that the integrations would provide, but again, our use case is a unique one. Whenever myself or another team member has had implementation or debugging questions, we've gotten prompt and helpful responses from technical support staff. They also monitor our account installation and resources, and pre-emptively offer solutions to any growing pains we might be experiencing. They also helped our team onboard to building workflows, and once we got a bit of experience, we found their tools quite powerful in automating our desired integration tasks. **What do you dislike about Paragon?** We currently use their UI to manage our workflow versioning, and I find the diff of specific workflow changes between versions to be a little opaque. I'd love for this feature to be more descriptive. We also were relatively early adopters of the Resources feature, and occasionally there were hiccups in managing webhook subscriptions and refresh tokens, however when raised with the Paragon team, these issues were often already being addressed, and fixes came out quickly. **What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paragon allows us to quickly build integrations within our platform. Before we adopted Paragon, each integration on our platform required a team of developers to build custom APIs specific to the platform in question. Now that we have set up integration with Paragon, our solutions engineers can build the entire integration via workflows, with little-to-no dependence on our engineering team. We maintain multiple workflows that integrate our app and api with Hubspot. Hubspot can be a little tricky and temperamental to deal with directly in terms of their api functionality and documentation, so outsourcing that effort to a well supported piece of software like Paragon has freed us up to expand and grow faster, spending less time on the tedious and mundane parts of developing our platform and more on the creative and rewarding ones. **What do you dislike about Paragon?** There are certain like-to-have things which we've communicated to Paragon's customer success representatives. The ability to have one workflow trigger another directly would be nice. We've had issues backfilling data at times (after adding or editing fields). We've gotten assistance, sometimes even scripts used by Paragon devs to complete the same sort of tasks. Overall I'm very encouraged by the rate of development of the platform. Viewing and filtering the history of workflow runs could also be improved in my opinion. **What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to integrate our app with multiple platforms but managing that code and learning all of the various APIs is time consuming for one or even multiple developers. The engineers on our dev team work on a whole host of things both old and new so we use Paragon to simplify the management of our most popular integrations to preserve developer time. ### 19.
