The thing that i really like about Inbox is that i can have several brands in the same account and that is a time saver, i no longer have to log out and log in to another email account. - The price is reasonable for what you can do with it. If your goal is to send regular emails to your list without any crazy automations then INBOX will do the job for you efficiently. Perhaps if you get their PRO version, you can automate most of the tasks.

- The platform is straightforward and easy-to-use. You won't need any special training to be able to use it effectively on your own. But even if you need some help, they have tutorials and expert staff ready to assist you.

At first, I had issues when logging into my account, but their support fixed that.

Since I'm on the Plus plan, a limiting functionality for me has been the lack of email automation. But this can be fixed if you upgrade to their PRO plan.

Another thing is the sending speed - "PRO" accounts send faster than "Plus" ones.

Finally, the last thing that I dislike is that their platform has been separated into different sections/apps, which are hosted on other domains.
