"Good Threat Intelligence, But from CTI side of things, could be better."
3.5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

The leaks it notifies me about are generally easy to trace. Although some of these leaks involve reused information that was compromised a long time ago, I still find its performance in this area impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

Regarding the CTI, I’m not a fan of how information is obscured when it comes to leaks. I wish there were a way for threat intelligence officers responsible for responding to these leaks to have an assigned access level that lets them view the raw data in plain text, instead of having it obscured. That said, I do understand the need to comply with data-handling frameworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerryn Zendera of usecure

Thanks for sharing such detailed feedback! Great to hear you find our breach and leak alerts helpful in tracing compromised data. We appreciate your comments regarding access to raw data for CTI teams. We understand the balance between data transparency and compliance with data handling frameworks can be challenging. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our product team as they continue to evaluate ways to support different user roles while maintaining security standards.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any more insights or suggestions — we’re always here to listen and work together to make usecure even better.

"User-Friendly Platform with Great Support, Needs Better Google Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

I like that usecure automatically chases my users when they haven't completed courses. I appreciate the fact that we can send phishing simulations and also create our own phishing simulation templates. The initial setup is very easy, and the support is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

They don't support Google as well as perhaps they could. I think they're starting to move in that direction. For instance, you can't use the report phishing button just simply doesn't exist for Google at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Phishing Simulations, Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

I use usecure for training videos, sending out phishing emails, and managing company policies. I like the wide range of simulations available, which include different options of fake landing pages and attachments. This variety is particularly helpful for the different companies we have on the platform. I also found the initial setup of usecure to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

Possibility of adding more attachment simulations. A wider variety would be more beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerryn Zendera of usecure

Hi Ryan, thanks for the great review. We’re so pleased to hear the variety of phishing simulations, landing pages, attachments, and training tools have been valuable for you, and that setup was easy from the start.

We also appreciate the feedback on expanding the range of attachment simulations and will share this with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with usecure.

"Engaging Cybersecurity Training with Customizable Phishing Tests"
5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

I like the courses it sends to staff monthly, as staff training on cyber security and potential threats are very important, the training is also not boring and is done in a way that anyone could understand. It's good in checking how up to date staff are in taking part of the training. Another great feature is that it allows you to create fake phishing emails as a test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

The only feedback I've had from staff is that they've noticed the training courses aren't the same each time a new one goes out, so sometimes they may feel they have missed out on some of the courses others have taken and not know the same information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerryn Zendera of usecure

Hi Tamara, thanks so much for your detailed review! We’re really glad to hear that the monthly courses and phishing simulations are helping keep your staff engaged and up to date on cybersecurity. Making training accessible and interesting for everyone is something we’re passionate about.

We appreciate your feedback about course variety — we understand how it might feel like some content is missed. Our approach involves regularly updating and refreshing content while rotating courses to keep training relevant and engaging. That said, we’ll definitely share your comments with our content team to review the rotation process and explore ways to ensure everyone receives the essential knowledge they need.

"Effortless Phishing Simulations, Quick Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

I like usecure's ease of use and quick setup. With a smaller IS team, it makes it easier to handle the day to day without much effort. The implementation did not require a project but rather a small team to stand up in a day. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

Very basic with not a lot of templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerryn Zendera of usecure

Hi Andrew, thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear usecure has been easy to set up and manage, especially for a smaller team, and that it’s helping you run phishing simulations with minimal overhead.

"Compliance Made Easy, Minor Interface Flaws"
4.5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

I like usecure for its ease of use and the mostly 'set and forget' type setup. The initial setup was pretty easy from memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

The Outlook action button for reporting as phishing seems close to useless, and a lot of the reports and pages showing inactive users by default can be annoying. As well as not auto unenrolling inactive users in courses and whatnot. It would also make a lot of sense for uSecure to offer additional email filtering and monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerryn Zendera of usecure

Thanks Bailey for your review. We’re really pleased to hear usecure has been easy to use and helped make compliance and governance more manageable with a more set-and-forget approach.

We also appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback on the reporting button, inactive user visibility, unenrolment, and wider email filtering. We’ve passed this on to our internal team, and feedback like this is incredibly valuable in helping shape our roadmap and future improvements.

Thanks again for sharing your experience.

"Quick, Easy Courses That Fit Into Any Schedule"
5/5
What do you like best about usecure?

I like that the dark web scanning feature is extended to more of the dark web and that I will get alerts should my credentials be found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

Offer a home version for family use, it’s a common question we get when speaking to customers about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerryn Zendera of usecure

Thank you for the review. It’s great to hear that the dark web scanning and alerting are helping you stay aware of potential credential exposure.

We’re also pleased usecure is supporting general cybersecurity awareness and helping users keep up with evolving cybercriminal tactics. Thank you for the feedback on a home version for family use. We’ll share this with our internal team, as it’s helpful input for future roadmap discussions.
