The customized, per user, trainings are by far what sets usecure apart from it's competition, why have all users take the same training when some don't need to be taught about a subject they already have a solid grasp on while missing out on what they are actually weak on? Although they have a more expensive plan that comes with better account compromise detection, I would have loved to see that implemented by default with the base plan even if it made it just a bit more expensive instead of being marketed as basically a full price product as an addon. I love the ability to easily create realistic phishing simulations, and report on results. The message injection delivery method is reliable and easy to set up, and reporting on results is easy. It's very easy to get to grips with the tools, and if you do have any difficulty, the documentation and support available are top-notch. I use it to run bi-monthly simulations and send out courses. The short, easily digestible training videos and courses have been slowly but steadily educating our entire workforce on basic cybersecurity and diligence without hampering their normal work duties, and the phishing tests look real enough to even keep the IT team on their toes. I use uSecure from the MSP/IT side of things and don't use it for training myself, but when speaking with our customers who use uSecure, they love the easability of completing training and checking their risk scores. Not too many downsides, the biggest thing for us was the awareness questionarre. I wish there was more customizability with the content in it and it kind of deters users when they have to answer a ton of questions.
