The fact that it can enrich emails just based on linkedin profile url is a very big advantage for any users.

the accuracy is also good when comparing it with the pricing it is offered at.

Direct dial numbers are found less but are an added advantage for sure.

Their scrapper is not the best out there and it only works with linkedin urls and not sales navigator urls that is frustrating because we can only get 1k results using LI and 2.5K using Sales Nav.

The development team is running a little behind schedule in getting the Linkedin Campaigns tool up and running. It was meant to come out in September, but it's now October and I'm still waiting. There is no information on when this functionality will be released.

The tool is very intuitive. I enjoyed how quickly I understood how to use the tool as a beginner "cold email outreach" marketer. the setup to email is a bit tricky. I wish they could have a tutorial on how to do it.

And also I foresee there will be an issue integrating with company email because usually there will be a firewall or additional security checks.

Wish there were more videos on how to use certain aspects of the platform. I don't like that it seems to get hung up when I have multiple pages returned when I'm using the prospecting tool. I've had the app freeze on me when I'm trying to get past the second page of results.

I don't like that:

-I don't seem to be able to save my search query results for later to add more to my list.

-I dont seem to be able to put in multiple cities, counties, or states when I do my searches.

-LinkedIn and Facebook lead generation tool is not available as of the time of this review, but I hope that they're cleared and compliant with LinkedIn and Facebook guidelines for using the tool to generate leads. That can be tricky and put folks accounts in possible violation.
