You can manage your own payment processor through Stripe and PayPal.

At this time, they do not offer apps for LG TVs

**What problems is Uscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our previous provider, we were losing most of our customers because they shared the same bank ID with all clients, and banks rejected 60% of our transactions. Now that we have our own payment processor with Stripe, those problems are a thing of the past.

We host our GVAA On-Demand training library on Uscreen and have been really happy with it. Clean interface, reliable video delivery, and it makes managing a subscription library surprisingly easy on the backend. It lets us focus on creating great training instead of worrying about the tech. Thumbs up from us 👍

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

What I like best about Uscreen is that it provides a complete, all-in-one platform that allows us to deliver a truly premium learning experience. Instead of managing multiple tools, everything from video hosting and memberships to payments and community is seamlessly integrated.

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. Everything has been smooth, reliable, and well-designed, and the platform has consistently met our needs without any major issues.

**What problems is Uscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uscreen solves the problem of having to piece together multiple tools to run an online platform. Previously, managing video hosting, memberships, payments, and user experience across different systems created complexity and inefficiency. With Uscreen, everything is integrated into one seamless platform, which has saved us time, reduced technical challenges, and streamlined our operations.

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

I've been using Uscreen since the end of last year, and I’m really happy with it. I recently moved my membership over to Uscreen, and it's been a great decision for both me and my members.

Since I run a video membership, finding a platform that focuses on video and streaming was super important to me. Uscreen has been exactly what we needed. The video integration is smooth, and the platform is really easy to use, which makes my life a lot easier.

One thing I absolutely love is having an app. It’s such a great experience for both me and my members. Plus, the ability to easily upsell different aspects of the membership based on what people are viewing or accessing is a huge bonus. I can already see this increasing our income as we continue to grow with our current customer base.

But what I love most is what my members have been saying. They’ve been really positive about the new experience, saying it’s easy to find what they’re looking for and that the video quality is top-notch. The switch was smooth, and it’s clear they’re enjoying the upgrade.

If you’re looking for a platform that gets how important video is, I’d definitely recommend Uscreen. It’s made a big difference for us.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

Tedious App Setup: The process of setting up the app was time-consuming and required frequent permissions for updates, especially with Apple upgrades.

Backend Organization: The organization on the Uscreen backend could be more intuitive and easier to manage.

Public Video Descriptions: Video descriptions are publicly accessible, which limits the ability to include private or member-only information.

Resource: It isn't easy for people to find, and it limits the ability to add additional resources (workbooks, quizzes, text, etc)  to enhance the user experience. Plus not everyone wants a fillable PDF.

**What problems is Uscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uscreen is solving several key problems for me, particularly when it comes to managing and delivering video content to my membership. The platform's seamless video integration and user-friendly interface make it incredibly easy to upload, organize, and share content, saving me time and reducing the hassle of managing video files. Additionally, Uscreen’s app provides a better experience for my members, allowing them to access content on the go, which enhances engagement and satisfaction.

Another significant problem Uscreen addresses is the ability to effectively monetize my content. With its built-in upsell features, I can easily offer additional membership tiers or products based on what my members are viewing or accessing, leading to increased revenue opportunities without needing complex setups. Overall, Uscreen has streamlined my operations, enhanced my members' experience, and provided new avenues for income growth.

It's pretty. It comes with an app. It's nice to be able to reach out to chat support rather than just emailing.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

The community notifications are ridiculous. Let's say you get 50 new notifications and you go to respond to each one. You'll initially see all 50 have a red dot next to them, indicating that they haven't been opened or responded to. The second you click on ONE of them, ALL dots go away and you now get to keep track mentally of what you've responded to (or not), and hope you don't miss any. We have been requesting this feature for the entire two years we've been with uscreen. Seems like it's too difficult to implement.

They give us a place to host our program content and community. These are the core of our business.

Its a drag and drop feature and thats about it. They have some useful features, otherwise read my dislike about uscreen which outweighs the pros

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

Appalling Customer Service. I do NOT recommend their services in any shape or form. They have a standard line when you want them to implement into your website to enhance member experience. "We value your input and we will put this forward to the tech team". 2. They charge $6 for every subscriber you get and top of the annual fee they charge. Minimum USD 1000. Thats not fair. 3. Asked them to implement features for my site, they used the same line as above. I had to spend additional money outside of Uscreen. Overall, my experience as a user has been frustrating to get them to do anything of which nothing. They dont value you. I value my subscribers and I do whatever it takes and spend money to ensure I keep my clients. Uscreen don't value you and it's a cash money making business. Again, I do not recommend their business whatsoever.

They haven't solved any of my technical suggestions to enahce my site for my members. I had to employ an outsider costing me more money IE Video Loop Play back feature.

Additionally, their excellent customer service provided the support and confidence we needed throughout the transition. As a result, we’ve been able to enhance our offerings, maintain continuity for our members, and focus on growing our business.

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

We've been Uscreen customers for many years and, along the way, we've grown with them. Their many many features make our business model possible, and their new analytics feature allows us for an incredible in-depth review of all of our customer's engagement and metrics. Almost everyday there's something new and Uscreen does take all our suggestion into account, which is amazing. Their customer support is incredible, and the platform in itself is easy to use and implement. Integration with other platforms is also possible. Highly recommend taking a look at Uscreen if you're looking for a great video membership platform - we use it every day!

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

Even though it integrates with Zapier, there are some limitations in terms of available triggers and actions possible. I wish there were more.

What I love most about Uscreen is how intuitive the platform is and the complete transparency it provides in analytics. Having clear, reliable data allows me to confidently make business decisions without any guesswork.

I do wish there were more customization options for the website layout and the ability to integrate a blog directly within Uscreen’s backend instead of using a third-party solution.

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

The thing I like most about Uscreen is that it was able to communicate with my zoom account so that I could initiate lives to my members and they could choose if they wanted to watch the live from the uscreen platform or if they would like to participate in the live by joining the zoom meetup.  I also really like the different challenges and collections they have created to organize videos in a fun and engaging way for members.  It's really neat.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

The downside to using Uscreen is that the only way I can get documents to my members is if I attach the document to a video.  In my category, Crochet Content Creator, I deal with a lot of patterns, charts, forms and to have to create a video to attach all of those to is sometimes very inconvenient.  I would also like to be able to have a location people could go to for all my patterns and not have to search out the video, remember the name of the video, in order to find one pattern at a time.  It would be cool to be able to have a FALL Projects folder I could put everything in for example.

Uscreen has features and amazing support to help me provide a membership program that is not only valuable but fun.

Uscreen gave me the ability to teach students around the world easily with a weel organized and powerful platform. I love the way uscreen combines self paced / tutorials with the ablity to do livestreams and create community all in one place. Whenever i have had an issue, support has been prompt to help me.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

Maybe the cost, but it isn't much for how much the benefit is.  I wouldn't mind seeing the ability to have email sequencing built in versus using a third party email plateform. But screen has the ability to integrate different applications.

Giving me the ability to teach more students, to expand the reach and effectiveness of my business. Also, making life easier by having a more profitable business while being able to work from anywhere.

They are the best when it comes to video content creation. Think Youtube. But this time, you control your website and email. It's your platform. These are directly your customers. The platform is seamless and clean. My audience loves it. They have a success manager to help you every step of the way. The implementation was a breeze. Cannot recommend enough.

They have not fully optimized for SEO, but it's still do-able and fine. I just wish there were some more advanced features.

I couldn't monetize my videos when I believe they were quality content and that there would be an audience that loved it. Uscreen came along and proved that I could.

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

I have been using the Uscreen platform for over 3 years and I am really happy to host my membership platform on it. I find the framework really user friendly. There are plenty of in built marketing tools to help with automations and also to reduce churn. I've also found the customer service/teach team support to be second to none - speedy responses with a genuine desire to help! I also recently found out about Membership + which is Uscreen's support community group full of resources to help encourage and inspire membership owners! If you're looking to start your own membership, I would have no hesitation to recommend Uscreen!

I have some features that I have on the request list that would benefit me and other members so I hope the request team can impliement these soon .

Providing a framework for me to host my membership platform on.  I love that is focussed on video E-learning...this makes it stand out from other competitors in the market.

The ease of setting up and customizing your own streaming service is what I liked most about Uscreen.

The limited customization options compared to some other platforms was what I liked least about Uscreen.  Ease of creating reports.

Uscreen solves the problem of monetizing video content by providing an all-in-one platform to create, manage, and scale a video streaming service. It eliminates the need for complex technical setups, making it easy to launch and customize your own service without needing extensive coding skills. This benefits me by allowing me to focus on creating content while Uscreen handles the technical side, helping me grow my audience and generate revenue efficiently.

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

It goes without saying that even the most thoughtful products are useless without a great team behind them. Uscreen has both a great product and a great team. 

It has become my go-to for all of my community and content distribution. The easy feature set make it possible to get set up quickly--even if this is your first time working with this kind of platform. Plus their staff is always there to help, even if you're in the "trial mode" free plan.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

By and large, learning any new platform--especially when you're learning the concepts from the beginning--can be both daunting and frustrating. While Uscreen makes it super easy to learn their platform, you have to spend a decent amount of time hunting and pecking away at the interface to truly grasp what features are available to you and, especially if you're evaluating against another platform, what's not there.

Aside from that, I don't really have any substantive issues with Uscreen. I'm sure that if I were a more frequent or power user type, I'd be wanting some additional capability but, for me, it's exactly what I need at the moment.

**What problems is Uscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Community management, payment processing, and back-end upgrades are always a pain to deal with--especially when a partner plaform changes their APIs or deprecates what you've been using. I don't have time for that. Uscreen takes care of that dirty work for me.

**What do you like best about Uscreen?**

What I like best about Uscreen is the Netflix like format of delivering their videos. Since my users don't follow a linear path to what their learning, I like that I can organize everything in a way that is best for them while still allowing them to search things on their own. 

I also like that their team is very proactive in fixing any issues and making improvements on a monthly basis. They take the time to learn about your business and also learn how you are using their product.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

What I dislike about Uscreen applies more to my particular use case. Since my membership is designed for students taking college courses, I do wish Uscreen had quizzes so that I can include them after a video but it's not that big of an issue since I can upload a pdf file where a student can take it and check their answers. Not as streamlined but it still works.

Creating a membership site for the students who find me on social media and want more in depth lessons

The platform design and user experience. Everything is easy to build and for the end user easy to navigate. The funnels and automations are also helpful.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

Getting the app before we were ready. We should have focused on building the platform community first. So that was an expensive mistake on our part. I also get muddled between categories and collections, but again that’s probably me!

Overall, Uscreen has been a game-changer for Chris Ryan Fitness. I manage, post and engage with my Uscreen platform daily, 1 - 10 hours per day, for about 2 years.
Uscreen is the platform that will set your digital presence apart from anyone who does what you do. Top notch multimedia, thread and subthread, communities. The video presentation screens, ability to drop ads and collect money live, is second to none for self-determining the vibes of your video content. 
The owner, C-Suite and departmental directors at Uscreen are trusted in the content creation community… you can trust Uscreen, more quickly, by looking at their current client examples!
They serve music, yoga, gyms, healthcare, independent journalists, real estate companies, in-home services, etc… you get it!

Time. I wish I could spend all day on Uscreen instead of YouTube or other places.

Trust in them and their product, at the very least. They teach me SO much about how to monetize, sort and own my content.
Control over the environment in where people find me at my most vulnerable. I can customize filters, labels, collections, thumbs, access, literally everything. 

For me, this is the future for top creators. It allows us to truly deconstruct our overall vision at a macro-content level, and THEN, release the best stuff to public forums like YouTube or TikTok. 

Its as private as needed, or as SEO optimized as needed.

Highly recommend! Been with Uscreen about 3 years and I'm on there daily. I have no complaints, in fact my experience has only improved as they've continued to respond to feedback from Uscreen users, and develop more features.
The customer service is excellent. I was assigned a Customer Success Manager when I added the app function and we meet once a month (or more if I need it). She's awesome. Thank you Holly!! The whole support team is so helpful and genuinely engaged in making sure you get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback, are incredibly responsive to suggestions, and tech support has been incomparable to other systems I use for my business. This has been essential as I don't want my end user having to wait for my response. It's meant my customer service can remain at a high level.
I also love how easy it was to set up and get going at the start, then add additional services as I've developed.
The integeration with Stripe works well, and I've never had an issue taking or receiving payments.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

Small thing, which I know they are working on, but some features in the community challenges are still not quite working for me and my membership.

Stellar Custormer service, among others, has a well-tuned and well-oiled website, which is easy for us, and I highly recommend it over other services out there, as we tried a few and all were hopeless.

The streaming service is almost perfect; it needs a few more things to make it really perfect, but it is pretty good so far. I do miss a VOD sales option so people can also buy the film for keepers.

Product works well. It takes away all the tech work from building a membership site I can focus on my content.
Customer support is top! It feels like a family and I feel very supported even if I know I'm not their biggest client.
They are listening to their users and their community. They are always engaging with us. I am also able to connect w/ other like minded members.

Analytics in terms of where I got sign ups from (google, instagram etc) are hard to come by. Google Analytics integration could be more seamless and have someone to help us with making sure it was done right.
Right now when I go live, the URL doesn't save and I have to create a completely different piece of content for the "recorded video"

This software is super easy to use and customizable.  I was able to build my membership platform in a few days using their templates and the website looks professional and its easy to navigate.  Their customer support is accessible if you ever have questions about how to use a specific feature or if you're looking for something that doesn't exist yet.  Their team helps you along the entire process to get your membership up and running fast.

The one thing that is missing is more features for emailing my members and leads.  I would like to see a more built out system to do drip emails for leads and some grouping to be able to market through my uscreen backend vs having to use a different email service.

- The Support: The Uscreen Support Team are amazing. They always respond quickly, keep us updated, and manage to resolve any issues we have or answer our questions very promtly.
- Cutting Edge: after moving from another streaming service to Uscreen I can honestly say that the features UScreen has, and continues to roll out, are pretty incredible. There's a great area where we can check recent updates, beta features, and upcoming releases....it's quite exciting to see! Our users love the different features we cna offer them and it helps us to keep our users engaged.
- The Migration Team: moving our streaming business over to Uscreen was one of the easiest things we've done. The Migration Team took care of most of the work! We gave them the info they needed and before we knew it we were up and streaming!
- The Communties features has been a gamechanger for us. It helps us to connect with our customers daily, to keep them engaged, and the feedback we recive from our users is that this daily connection with us is what keeps them subscribed. 
- The backend interface is really easy to use. There's much fewer steps needed to upload content and this saves us  a fair amount of time each week.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

To be honest, there's really not anything I (or my team dislike). Uscreen is really light years ahead in terms of their product developments, support and service.

- Community: Uscreen Communties offer us a unique and integrated way to engage with our users. Instead of having a Facebook group or a group on another platform everything is in one place. This keeps our users engaged daily and fosters a sense of belonging and communties.
- Livestreaming: other services we used made livestreaming difficult. With uscreen we were able to start livestreaming easily (even from our mobile devices). Our users LOVE this feature. Our attendance at live events is high and it's become one of the most popular things we offer.

Its very easy to use and having the Netflix style for the videos is amazing. The customer support is the best I've ever used and so far its been an amazinig experience.

Writing descriptions for all videos including the main one, then a shortened version followed by Meta descriptions is time consuming. Also its very slow in uploading content to upload and write descriptions for 13 videos took me all day.

Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services.

Uscreen's customer service is second to none and they also have OTT options, so I'm able to distribute my VOD through a number of apps and marketplaces.

**What do you dislike about Uscreen?**

My one hang-up is that since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month.

**What problems is Uscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uscreen provides a homebase for all my membership needs as a video content creator. I'm able to get crowdfunding for various projects for my YouTube channel and beyond leveraging Uscreen. The biggest unique option Uscreen has that differentiates them from the competition - OTT (apps). I like how I can easily convert my video on demand library into an app and distribute it to places like Apple, Google Play, Roku, and more!

I love how easy it is to set up your content inside the membership and how you can manage everything from one dashboard, including sales, marketing, customers, and community. My favorite part is that you can build your app to deliver a much better experience for your members. Customer support is also excellent!

It would be great if they had integrations with other payment processors like Samcart, for those creators who have other products besides memberships and want to manage all payments from just one place. Also if you could host products without having to necessarily create a video. In my membership I also offer templates and other resources and there is nowhere to add/host these!

Finally host my membership from within a tool that's been designed specifically for this! Other tools like Kajabi made it harder to run a membership!

The product itself is very easy to use - it makes it simple to get started selling access to live and on-demand videos. 

The TV and mobile apps have gone down very well with our audience.

I think the impressive range of features comes down to Uscreen's willingness to listen to creators' feedback and their understanding of the art of selling memberships. I can't think of anything. There are a few nice-to-have features that are not yet available but they don't have an impact on my business and I am sure these will be developed over time.

I migrated from Vimeo OTT to Uscreen just under 6 months ago. Vimeo OTT was very limited in its features, and this was restricting the growth of my business. Features like the community and other marketing tools have improved my connection with my subscribers and therefore customer retention. With the Uscreen marketing tools, I feel supported in the task of increasing my subscriber levels too.
