Polite and Patient whilst setting up our account and it was so straight forward integration with our AWS cloud account. Also the fact that you have a dashboard to track what you saving is awesome. **What do you dislike about Usage AI?** Nothing i can think of since my interaction with it. **What problems is Usage AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to save cost on our EC2 instances on a daily and trust me we have quit a few of those running. The possiblility of also saving cost on both our RDS and ElasticCache workload is also exciting.
