The day-to-day operation is consistent, reliable and trustworthy, and navigating the site took only a short time to acclimate. The regular activites are easy to perform. The only thing that has been a cause for concern is that, as they implement these improvements, they are not always announced in advance. The thing that is really an issue is the implementation of AI/bots to do initial communication and replies to users. I do not appreciate when the response content indicates that the responder(AI) actually does not understand me. In a recent interaction, it was only after several automated (MILO) emails that an actual live person (I think) actually addressed my issue. Proof that a live human is still more effective than the bot. All that being said, I should repeat my overall positive experience with USGM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. When I have a question, I can reach out to them directly and get a very fast response. They have AI-enabled customer service, which is really great. Their process for scanning packages is very intuitive and delivers results the same day. It's relatively inexpensive to have the content scanned, which allows me to decide whether it makes sense to ship it, saving me money and time. The company has been very intuitive for me to use, and I've been able to receive mail while living outside of the United States. The initial setup was very straightforward, just involving the filing of the necessary forms and initial payment, and I've been with the company for nine years. I'm quite happy with US Global Mail's service because they've been very friendly and helpful when I need help. They worked great in getting my mail from the US to where I am abroad. I had an issue with my 1583 form, but they fixed it for me without any problems, which I'm grateful for. Chat and phone conversations are non-existent. A lost package 4/23 is unresolved and I have not received a requested refund either. FedEx DOES NOT have the package. I really like US Global Mail for their great pricing and customer service. The features included make for a good package, and they don't nickel and dime you. The free scanning and inclusion of five recipients per mailbox make it very cost-effective. The initial setup process was straightforward, and it provides me with a centralized location to receive all mail and offers a local presence, which is great for my business. There should be a way to contact a real person quickly if the AI is not giving satisfactory guidance. Give a way to contact live support, without having to go multiple rounds with the AI. Also, the postage pricing estimates that they provide are not always accurate and I've had some surprise invoices after asking them to forward/ship some of my physical mail to me.
