Ursara is loan origination and loan servicing software for private lenders, real estate debt funds and private credit teams. Origination connects borrower and broker contacts, underwriting evidence, configured document templates, native e-signing and a reviewed servicing handoff. Servicing connects loan schedules, eligible provider-based ACH autopay, payment follow-ups, reserves, extensions, payoff review and accounting workflows. Construction budgets and draw requests stay connected to the loan, while borrower and investor portals support requests, documents and reviewed reporting. Teams retain control over credit decisions and approvals. Supported loan structures, provider activation and integrations are confirmed during implementation. QuickBooks exports require account and lending-entity mappings and reviewed batches. Explore the platform at https://www.ursara.com/ and request a demo using representative loans and operating requirements.
